He is very pleasant and easy to work with. I had an issue with the pressure and he came out and got it running. Jeff even looked at the pool and tightened a couple items on the filter for me. He also gave me some advice on opening and closing up the pool. Jake O. - who delivered the pool and pool parts was very polite. Jake answered all my questions. He stacked the items neatly in our garage. I had a question about the voltage on the pump - he took the pump out of the box to show me what electric I needed for the new pool. Great customer service. I will say that I advise anyone looking to get a pool or to service a pool or just get pool supplies - to go to Park Place. They went above and beyond on customer service. Thank you Jeff and your Pool Park team. Keep up the good job!

Cables never worked and he said he never installed them before. Then switched to rope cables without any money back or even an apology.
