Be warned, you are not going to get the cheapest pool in the world from these guys. They are old school and believe in selling a quality product at a very reasonable price. You're not paying Ferrari prices but you are definitely not getting an 86 Yugo either. Everything they provide is high-quality long-lasting and durable so you don't have to deal with breakdowns or other stupidity later in life. The equipment Farwell uses as "stock" or "base" is upper to top-end with other pool installers (then the other guys charge you a zinger for "premium tier products"!). Their price breakdowns are incredibly detailed and you know exactly what you're paying for. You can select a number of options basically a la carte to make your pool exactly what you want. They are incredibly flexible in the layout and other additions, and if you want something completely out of the box (like we did with our slide) they are very accommodating in including that in their installation process. The other part that was very refreshing was there were no hidden charges. You knew exactly what we were getting into before the first hole was dug. And the best part above all was they stuck to their guns on the prices with no whammies after the fact. From beginning to end they were done with the project in under three weeks. Now keep in mind our lot was very flat and didn't require much landscaping to make it work so things might be different if you have hilly land. The pics are before the landscaping has been done. We will post the finished product when the other company's work is done! In summary: if you want an awesome pool you can be proud of that will last you a long time with incredible service and attention to detail, and you understand that having such amazingness might cost you a little more than a bare bones POS that rots in 5 years go with Farwell pools!

This is very highly unprofessional and exploitative, particularly after a price had already been agreed upon. This practice raises serious concerns about the company's business ethics. Exploiting customers is not a sustainable way to grow a business. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. It appears that pricing is very inconsistent and possibly based on profiling customers, which is unacceptable. To this day, I still cannot justify how a quoted price of $120 increased to $200 within just a few days. They still have the price as $120 per visit on their page - isn't that deceptive!

The guy who opened it showed me the spa wasn't holding water and accused Lotus of not winterizing the pool properly which set in motion costly events like pressure testing the spa. When the spa pipes checked out, lotus sent out two pro's Robert and Aldo. Aldo identified right away that the actuator for the intake was forced by hand during the opening and was slightly open thus draining the spa back into the pool. Robert took the time to show me what caused the problem and what simple of a fix it was. I will now only trust lotus and their team to open and close my pool. Thanks guys!
