Well I now have the heater running correctly. There was no lawsuit obviously he spoke with a lawyer and found he was in the wrong. As a customer giving only a review of his work you see how he reacts. He also charges $250 to close your pool, doesn't clean before, and will hurry through the process. Last year he put holes from dragging our water filled weights for the cover, 2 weeks the cover fell into the pool. So many other companies out there please do your research.
