Fast scheduling and great customer service. I had the estimate but turned out I didn't need the service.

Had a plumber come in to replace a spigot on my home. While removing the old spigot, he snapped a…read morepipe inside the home, which caused two hours of water clean-up for myself. Not to mention plumber was very matter-of-fact about it, never apologized, unless his apology was "better get a shop vac and start sucking some of this water up." Called to see if by chance I could get a reduction on my bill for my time, and the mess I had to clean up and was told by boss man Bill that "this stuff happens all the time, that is why we are matter-of-fact about it." I'm not looking for the service to be free, but the $118 for a half hour of labor, which I find to be a rip off, could at least been reduced a bit. Boss man Bill must be doing very well for himself.

Recently experienced furnace problems so I called Joe Debelak Plumbing & Heating rather than Rozga…read morePlumbing & Heating which had installed the furnace. The service rep (Doug) from Joe Debelak informed me that my Trane furnace that Rozga installed was not wired properly - the Trane furnace is a 2 stage furnace and Rozga wired it so that it would only go on low heat and the high heat/high fan didn't work. In addition, they wired up the central humidifier into the furnace incorrectly. Doug from Joe Debelak quickly diagnosed these problems and also replaced a faulty part and reduced his service fee because he felt bad that another HVAC company did poor work as it reflects bad on the industry. Furnace now goes on low and high heat and humidifier works great.

Do not use this company! In one week the following happened:…read more1) we called them because our furnace wouldn't turn on. Without finding a blockage and very short time investigating, technician blamed it on a possible previous blockage (no actual signs of blockage) and reset roll out switch. Furnance tripped again and it turns out we had a gas leak. Looking at our WE Energíes bill, we paid hundreds extra in gas during the leak issue. Very disturbing that the company would turn back on a furnace when a safety switch is triggered without thoroughly looking for the issue and instead blaming it on a common cause (blocked duct) without actually finding signs of any blockage. 2) During that first visit, technician asked me to pay $160 for his time (to not find cause) even though I had the annual membership which means calls are not charged. He knew this. He said I didn't need to pay but should. I did not and he left upset. I have since cancelled annual membership and would not recommend it to anyone. 3) Plumber replaced sink drain in kitchen. After he left, we had a leak from that area. I called him back out. He informed me it was from the garbage disposal and it would cost over $700 to fix. When I questioned why it wasn't leaking before his work but leaked after, he told me it was definitely not from his work but instead was most likely leaking before and I am just blaming him for the problem. I did call the manager about these issues. I was told they don't look for gas leaks to start, he didn't believe me about asking for extra money, and that the garbage disposal leakage was most likely due to technician's work and offered a small discount for replacement since I was not informed this could be an issue. After being accused if lying twice by the company (manager about the extra fee and technician accusing me of lying about garabage disposal leak) and the total disregard for safety issues with a gas leaks, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

They provided an estimate of $4600+ for a like for like replacement, I called the Home Depot contractor service and it was less than 1/2 the price and installed with the same warranty for HALF the price on the same day, how can a company charge 2x for a "commodity" in the water heater segment? On the plus side the technician who came to my house was very professional and competent. Lost customer
