I was their client from 2001 to 2021, when I guess I became insignificant with only a spa shower and outdoor spa.

During most of this time he was waiting for parts, but he never communicated this. After waiting two months, he then demanded that we pay in full before the work was done. I told him that payment would be made when the job was completed to my satisfaction. He said that he would dump off the parts at my house and bill me. I told him that I would not pay under those circumstances. At that time Brennan Miceli became abusive and hateful. He is a real hot head so be very careful around him. So, in the end he refused to make the repair because we would not pay in full before he would begin the repairs.

We recently hired Afuera Outdoor Living for our backyard project, and they were absolutely…read moreincredible to work with. Before finding them, we were getting bids from other companies and felt completely confused and uncertain. Most offered no design support, just a quick walk-through and an a-la-carte bid with no real direction. It felt disorganized and left us feeling stuck. My husband wanted a VersaCourt sport court, so he reached out through their website and was connected with Afuera, the preferred installer in our area. I had seen Afuera's work on social media but assumed they were out of our price range. From the moment we met George and Jamie, we knew we had found the right team. They had a clear vision, offered thoughtful suggestions, explained the process, timeline, and payment structure, and walked us through their impressive portfolio. As a business professional myself, I really value exceptional customer service, and it was obvious from day one that Afuera delivers exactly that. Throughout the project, their team went above and beyond. When small issues came up, they proactively reached out with cost-effective solutions. They even contacted the company that installed our original pavers and coordinated warranty repairs, something they didn't have to do but chose to because they genuinely care about their clients and the final result. We've since hosted several events, and everyone is blown away by the space Afuera designed. I cannot recommend them enough. If you're looking for a company that provides direction when you're unsure where to start or one that can bring your vision to life, Afuera Outdoor Living is the team you want.
