They were more than helpful help figure out my problem. You just don't see that kind of customer service these days. I was very impressed with their knowledge and service. He helped troubleshoot the issue by phone. AND it was past their closing time. Unfortunately, I purchased my tub from a company in Columbus. They sent a tech (in the loosest since of the word.) and charged me almost $700 to come and check it out. they replaced a fuse and off they went. Needless to say, a huge waste of money. OH BOY do not work with this man or company !…read more Our family hired him to renovate our pool interior and deck. Within a year and a half mold started showing up behind the beautiful glass tiles. By the next year they were falling off into the pool. Once we started asking around about him this year, turns out there are now lawsuits pending against him across Columbus. Why are we talking to other contractors? Because it turns out the entire pool deck needs to be pulled up because it wasn't laid down properly, there are areas not adhered to the concrete base. Untrustworthy and subbed out the majority of work and was rarely there to oversee things. Wonder if he regrets that now? Avoid at all costs !
