Needless to say halting renovations was frustrating and finding a company to replace the roof in the middle of the winter was next to impossible. Our contractors referred us to B&T and it was a great decision. B&T prepped everything so they were able to get in and replace the roof the second there was opportunity in the weather and did a great job. During the following summer, we noticed there were some waves in the edge of the roof. I called B&T and they explained the issue (our old roof vents and the cold weather replacement) and said they could fix it, but needed to wait for the weather to get cold again which was very understandable. Fast forward a few months, the very first chilly day of the fall came and I got a call from B&T saying they were going to come and fix the roof. They did, and it has looked great ever since! The most impressive part was they called me again the following summer saying they drove by to make sure the waves in the roof were gone and asked if I had noticed any issues they couldn't see from the road. I was so impressed with the follow through. This company does quality work and they clearly care! Very impressive!!

I left a complaint and the owner contacted me, only to challenge me on everything I said and act as if his contractor was not at fault for not being thorough or spending enough time looking. He (THE OWNER) told me he would call me back the next day and I never heard from him. This company and it's owner are a complete joke. Save your time and contact someone else, they will do nothing to help you and they don't even begin to understand what professionalism means.

Ascent Roofing did a great job on my commercial roof repair. Ascent Roofing did multiple repairs to fix the damage as well as coordinated with the insurance companies to get the repairs covered 100%. Through their detailed inspection process, they also made us aware that we did not have any insulation over half of the restaurant. They blew in 20" of Owens Corning Attic Cat insulation which has saved my restaurant 30% or more on our heating and cooling bills. Their whole team from the owner Brent who came out for the estimate to their laborers were on-time, courteous and professional. They even worked around our schedule so it didn't disrupt our business and did the install on a Saturday morning at 5am. From the get-go, I had a good gut feeling just talking with Bill. We just "clicked". He was professional, courteous and took the extra step to drive by my home ahead of time so he could bring out samples of shingles in colors I might like. I appreciated that. I liked that Ascent was local. Being a Navy brat, I appreciate the company is owned/operated by vets. Bill answered all my questions and got my project scheduled quickly. The crew arrived at 6:30 AM and was done by just after 12:30PM. They were very careful to tarp above my landscaping to protect it. They worked quickly and efficiently. Afterwards, they were meticulous with clean up, going over not once but twice with the magnets to find practically every nail in my grass and landscaping. They missed very few. They used a leaf blower to get any debris off deck roof, deck, driveway and walkway. Bill returned after the crew left and he courteously "tweaked" a few things for me. John came out to the property the same day, got up on the roof and even took the time to take photos and video to show where the problems were as well as the time to explain how they could damage my house even more if it continued to rain. He even took the time to tarp it up for me in the rain!!!!! Free of charge. He gave me the quote and I couldn't believe it! It was almost half of what everybody else wanted to charge me.
