He makes nothing but broken promises over and over again. Him and his Dad ruined both of our pools. One pool he drained without my knowledge. How can I pay you monthly for both pools and it was that bad that he had to drain the water??? ( Hence he hasnt been showing up to the house and I been paying him all this time). I paid him monthly for both houses every month. Just recently I didn't pay because one house pool was drained and he just left it there drained and dirty. The other house was so green it started to grow mosquito larvae. There was so many swimming in the pool. He messages me to please send him money for June? Are you kidding me? My pool is green with wrigglers swimming in it and the other pool is damage.... why would I pay you for services that he didn't provide to keep my pool clean? He took out our filter and broke it. He bullshitted that its old and needed to be replaced. (We just bought all new filters a few months back) He never came back to reinstall them. Left it there dirty pulled apart drying in the sun so it could get even more damaged. Meanwhile the pool is not filtering and turning green with wrigglers all over the pool. It was so disgusting. I'm so upset that he had the nerves to tell me, " you don't have to pay for the other house.... just pay me for the other house." He promised to come by the next day and never did. Then he said," I'll come by Sunday" and never did... In the beginning he told us every Tuesday. Then that changed to Saturday without our knowledge then one day it changed to Sunday again without telling us. Yet we were very nice and never had an issue if he came another day.... then he started doing the not show up for weeks, leaving the pool green and nasty blaming it on the filter. Charging for filter cleaning. Dude show up to work and work! He skips both houses for weeksssss. How do you expect me to pay you for June when both pool looks like shit the last 2 months? You get paid when you do your job and show up. Check your camera guys. I'm warning you... he doesn't not show up weekly sometime longer. If he does show up he takes 5 minutes SKIMMING THE POOL and takes off.

I first spoke with Misty on the phone and told her the issue I was having with my Jacuzzi J-460 (which had been pre-diagnosed by my electrician), and she was quite lovely in describing the cost of repair. It was a failed heater pump. I also needed a drain and clean since it had been some time that I had used it due to the heater pump issue. Her quoted price was fair and was NOT elevated after the service was performed, as some companies tent to do. Justin came, on time and was scheduled, replaced the faulty part and completed a very thorough drain and clean. The unit looked like new afterwards. I am very happy that I chose Spa Pros. I recommend them and I will schedule them again to care of my Jacuzzi!

Aqua Escapes - The Only One You Should Call & Use!…read more My husband and I can't say enough great things about Oscar Jr, Oscar Sr, and the entire team at Aqua Escapes! I highly recommend Aqua Escapes to everyone for pool, spa and backyard constructions, renovations and services! From the moment we inquired about a major pool and spa renovation, Oscar Jr and Oscar Sr were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining the entire renovation process. We had tons of questions about materials, the construction timeline, and how the new features would integrate with our existing layout, and they walked us through every single detail like true professionals! What really stood out was how communicative, professional, and involved Oscar Jr and Oscar Sr were throughout the entire process. They checked in with us regularly, kept us updated at every stage, and made sure we felt confident and informed from start to finish. It's very rare to find a contractor who stays this engaged - they truly went above and beyond. The renovation process for our pool and spa was just as impressive. Every morning, their teams showed up promptly, as true professionals, and ready to work. They were respectful of our property and even went beyond what we expected to ensure everything was perfect. The attention to detail on everything was top-notch, and they completed everything seamlessly. We could not ask for a better experience! Even before the end of the project, we realized that Aqua Escapes are, without a doubt, the premier pool and backyard contractors everyone can trust! Period. Our backyard is now completely modernized, more aesthetically appealing, and a true luxury retreat. They upgraded our old spa into a stunning infinity spa with a gorgeous mini pebble finish, and added a beautiful sheer descent waterfall with 2 returns that looks and sounds incredible. They also gave us smart solutions to old problems: they removed our outdated pop-up filters so we no longer have to worry about stubbing our feet while swimming! Furthermore, they completely solved a massive headache for us regarding our hardscaping. Our concrete was sinking across our whole backyard right before our golf course slope, which was a huge concern of ours. They expertly reinforced and sealed the backside so we do not have to worry about that any more! On top of that, they took out all of our lifted, broken concrete in multiple areas and replaced it with matching brick ribbon. This was an ingenious choice because we didn't have to worry about mismatched concrete colors, and it completely tied the entire look together. Our family and friends couldn't be any happier with our gorgeous, beautifully modernized backyard oasis that we will enjoy for many years to come! If you're considering a pool remodel or backyard transformation, do yourself the greatest favor and give Oscar Jr and Oscar Sr at Aqua Escapes an immediate call. No need to do additional research! They are incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and ensure you get exactly what you want to fit your style and budget. No need to look at the rest, when with Aqua Escapes, you get the very best! We already recommended Aqua Escapes to several people who are already using them for their pool and spa builds and renovations. That's how amazing they are! We have and will continue to highly recommend Aqua Escapes to everyone we know and speak with. Thanks again, Oscar Jr, Oscar Sr, and your team - you guys are the absolute best!

In fact, the repairs he performed did not appear to even be necessary. When I contacted him to let him know the hot tub was still leaking, he offered to return and locate the leak; but wanted to charge me an additional $289/hour to do so. Considering that fixing the leak was the reason I hired him in the first place, I found that price ridiculous. I gave Sam an opportunity to make the situation right; he declined. His defensive response to my concerns only reinforced my impression that he was more interested in the money and defending himself than resolving the problem for his customer. The difference with the new company I hired has been night and day. They were far more professional and actually fixed the leak for a fraction of what Sam quoted me. They also seemed genuinely interested in solving the problem rather than simply running up the bill. I rarely post reviews, but I felt this experience deserved an honest one. Based on my experience, I would not use Sam's services again. Consumer beware.

Fred and his crew at Deluxe Pool are the best!…read more I originally called for an estimate to replaster my pool, but I knew I also needed plumbing work because I had a leak somewhere in the system. Fred was able to give me a plaster estimate over the phone, but he came out personally to evaluate the leak situation. As it turned out, I needed to replace my old copper plumbing lines and reroute them under the brick decking. It was a major job, especially because the concrete beneath the brick was much thicker and harder than expected, requiring significantly more demolition and labor than originally anticipated. What impressed me most was that even though the project took longer and required more work, Fred honored his original quote and never tried to increase the price. That's rare these days. Many contractors would have adjusted the cost once the unexpected challenges were uncovered, but Fred is a man of his word. Once the demolition was complete, everything else went smoothly. Fred was on-site throughout most of the project, supervising the crew, answering questions, and making sure the work was done right. I also upgraded from standard plaster to mini pebble, and the finished pool looks absolutely amazing. On top of that, Fred told me that if any issues come up down the road, all I have to do is call and he'll take care of them right away. Professional, honest, reliable, and stands behind his work. I highly recommend Fred and Deluxe Pool to anyone looking for pool remodeling, replastering, or plumbing repairs. Thanks, Fred!
