Sanchez Pool Construction is head and shoulders beyond others in the industry. If you ask insiders, like we did, who they recommend to do pool work for their family and friends, Sanchez Pools comes up over and over as the best. We can tell you from personal experience, they exceeded all expectations. They are exceptionally knowledgeable, skilled and complete the job as scheduled. There's no doubt you could find a cheaper contractor. But there's also no doubt you couldn't find better quality, professionalism, service and end product at a fair cost, than with Sanchez. They are not just pool contractors, they are craftsmen. There's a world of difference. Choose Sanchez Pool Construction and you won't be disappointed!

I can't say enough positive things about Sanchez Pool Construction. They have done two pools of mine and I wouldn't trust anyone else to build a pool my pools. Building a pool is stressful, but Cesar and his team made the experience more than enjoyable. They are reliable, knowledgeable, respectful, professional and their attention to detail is top notch. You will not regret going with Sanchez Pool Construction. They are the best in the industry.

After 20 years our pool and equipment were in dire need of rehabilitation. Our pool pump and filter went out in the same week, and we knew it was going to be expensive, so we decided to have the pool redone at the same time it desperately needed it. We had several contractors out to give us a bid, and Sanchez pools were the most punctual, professional, and honest of all the contractors we had out to the house. Thinking I would save myself a few bucks, we gave Sanchez Pools the remodel of the pool and I decided I would piecemeal the pool equipment from Craigslist. I found and bought a new pump, filter, found a cheap installer, and thought I was all set. To keep this short-winded I'll skip the bulk of the drama that unfolded and fast forward a bit. The Craigslist effort turned into a total nightmare. I ended up paying thousands and a month later the pool equipment was still not installed or functioning properly. Granted Sanchez pools were on top of the pool remodel, they were just about done, and I still don't have functioning pool equipment. I swallowed my pride, called Sanchez Pools, and told them what I had done after not giving them the work in the first place. Rather than getting the "I told you So" Kim showed up the same day, gave me a quote to replace all the equipment (for the 2nd time in 30 days) I gave her the go-ahead, and at this point the pool is complete and the new plaster is waiting for water (not recommended) Granted, I was not on the schedule, and equipment is tough to get a hold of now for the entire construction industry. Plaster needs water soon after installation, so I made my problem Kim's problem. She could have taken a shot at me, and I deserved it, but instead, she jumped into action. Within 48 hours all new equipment was installed, Filter, Pump motor, heater, and all the wiring/plumbing that goes with it, the pool was now filling with water, and I was the lucky guy that got to pay twice for equipment and installation. Had I just let Sanchez Pools do their thing in the first place it would have saved a ton of time, energy, headaches, and cash. The team at Sanchez Pools is thoughtful, considerate, punctual, knowledgeable, professional, reasonable, and all this in a market where you can cherry-pick your customers, charge a premium, and don't need to deal with major nightmares customers like Myself. First, I would like to say thank you to Kim and the whole team at Sanchez Pools. You really went above and beyond the call of duty. We were so fortunate to have you on our job. It could have gone bad a dozen different ways, but you guys are just a class act period. My advice while scrolling through potential contractors to choose for your pool project. I've already done all the legwork, had 7 bids, tried to save a few bucks by piecemealing the project, and at the end of the day, I could have had it ALL done in one single call and saved thousands. Call the folks at Sanchez Pools, and rest easy knowing you are in very good hands. I would like to add that they are not friends/family, nor they did not ask me to write a review they just earned it, plain and simple.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is a family owned-operated business that KNOWS what they're doing!! I contacted several pool contractors who didn't seem interested enough to remodel a 23 yr old pool, whose tiles began falling off. Sanchez Pool Construction was referred by my monthly pool service, Kleen-Sweep Pools, who has heard "good things" about their work ethic and performance and looked forward to my feedback for future reference to their own customers. Keeping it simple, Here's My Feedback ... #1 EFFICIENT, #2 AVAILABLE & COMMUNICATE, #3 RESONABLE COST, #4 ON TIME, #5 CLEAN AS THEY GO, #6 MET PROJECT SCHEDULE.

We had an excellent experience with Sanchez Pools. Our project was not straightforward. Our 40 year old pool and spa required new plumbing, new equipment, new plaster and tile, and relocation of the plumbing and equipment to a more convenient location. I got quotes from a number of different companies, and even through that initial process, Kimberly from Sanchez Pools stood out as the most receptive and thoughtful person I talked to, by far. She listened to what we wanted, made recommendations, and designed our project to our satisfaction. She coordinated the work well, and throughout our project, everything was appropriately addressed in a timely manner. Our pool is beautiful, functional, and we couldn't recommend them more highly.

Every time I call for help or service. The female that answers gives attitude and isn't helpful. She acts like you're interrupting her morning. Then says she'll call you right back then never does. Keep in mind. Even though your spa is under warranty. They charge a service fee of $200 to $300 to come out to your house and diagnose the warranty repair. So you're still out of pocket for warranty work. Would not recommend this company for anything. Shop where you'll get better service and a place that cares for its customers.

Simply Put: Avoid White Swan. They are scammers and liars. Aside from the fact that several…read moreemployees are borderline rude right from the start and act as though you are interfering with them watching their favorite TV show (read: annoyed that you ask questions), we extensively told everyone we spoke to there that we intended to place our hot tub at 105-106, before we purchased anything. No one told us this was not possible, and instead pumped us up that is was not an issue (it is in fact a Very Big Issue!). After installing the tub, we found out that the tub absolutely would not go above 104. This was not a small point for us and a very big part of our purchase decision, so for them to tell us "Sure! No Problem" again and again before the purchase was in fact a pile of Lies. When I later called them after the hot tub was installed to ask "how do we get it up to 105-106?" we were given a long list of absolute nonsense instructions that included - I kid you not - "Open up the circuitry and snip a certain wire - oh its easy - I just read about it - remove / install a certain resistor on your own (soldering??) - you can find directions on Reddit"... etc etc etc. All Lies, and most of these lies came from the owner Micah, who changed his story every time we spoke including "well I fully informed you that it could not be done (absolute BS - never happened)" and "well its a law in California to stop it at 104" - also 100% BS - there is No Such Law. I finally gave up and called other hot tub retailers to find out that due to manufacturers wanting the "UL" stamp on their products, they set it to 104 mainly due to hot tub installations in hotels and such where there is no way to know who is using it. One company - All American in Santa Clarita and SFV - sent a far more intelligent hot tub technician to our home where we discovered through his research and my own that the machinery inside the Artesian Spa was literally and permanently set to stop at 104, meaning 100% of the BS instructions from Micah etc were Never Going To Work even if I had been stupid enough to listen to his insane directions and - again no joke - start soldering resistors inside the machinery (No Effing Way I was ever going to do that). I had to call the machinery manufacturer to finally speak with someone who explained that the Artesian unit I bought from White Swan could only have the internal parts upgraded / swapped out (at additional expense of nearly $1000) to allow it to go past 104. I passed that info along to All American who promptly ordered me the parts and installed it. FYI, All American has a service fee of $125, as opposed to the White Swan service fee of $300 (big time rip off). This is all in addition to the original install including the White Swan tech leaving valves open so water was gushing inside the machinery upon first fill up. White Swan wanted to charge me $300 for them to "take a look" but I said F-No! and made it clear that this F-up was on them and they would fix it free. They capitulated and sent someone to close the valves that should have been closed on set up (we did not know about the valves). Their "Frog System" is also an expensive joke, with parts needing to be replaced often at a very high cost, and which you can only buy from their shop. It is no better than any other system, has more parts, has huge waste produced by these plastic capsules you constantly have to change, etc etc etc. Long story short I would never, ever recommend anyone ever buy anything from White Swan. We no longer even contact White Swan for hot tub issues and just go to the vastly more honest All American for all service matters who gets the job done fast and affordably. As I said in the start: Avoid White Swan completely.

After searching high and low for someone who services above-ground hot tubs, I finally found High Flow Hot Tub and decided to give them a chance. Tony responded right away and was able to schedule a diagnostic appointment quickly. I then scheduled a full deep clean to get it ready to use. Once again he showed up on time and finished the job spectacularly and quickly. Once all the materials were ordered and ready, the actual work was completed in about a week, which I was really happy about. Tamir kept everything organized and the crew stayed on schedule.
