Integrity says a-lot about a company. Today otw to an apt i was following the owner in his fully wrapped truck driving NB on the 303. He had several 3'x3'x3' boxes in the back of his truck that were empty. All the sudden two fly out of his truck and hits the car in front of me and the car next to it, and the boxes as well as all of their trash & styrofoam flys all over the road and the side of the center median. Did he stop to see if it damaged the cars behind him that slammed on their brakes in front of me while towing a large 24' trailer and a sxs? Nope! Did he stop and pick all his trash up? Nope! Just kept driving like nothing happened. How do i know he noticed? He hit his brakes & looked right in his mirrors.... Just a super bad look, and you would think while driving 20 mph over the speed limit in a fully decked out lifted truck thats fully wrapped with your business name on it, would at the bare minimum have went back and cleaned it up, or better yet, strapped all his trash down so it didn't happen in the first place... I drove back by 3 hours later otw home and the trash was still everywhere. So yeah, maybe go back and pick up your mess directly across from the TSMC plant... Mistakes happen, what you do after them matter the most however. Owner made up a bunch of lies in his reply, he sent me DMs on facebook threatening to take down the reviews! Pool owners interaction with Premier Pools over a months July and August, 2020. Pool owner: I contacted Premier Pools, June 30. Service was scheduled for July 1. Pool tech canceled July 1: Hi this premier pools due to a family emergency today I will be servicing your pool tomorrow Note: My Health Care person stayed overtime three hours to represent me with the pool tech. Condition of pool: The following video was captured by my Ring Camera on July 1. Premier tech: Came very late in the day just to see the pool, July 2. He said he would be back July 3 with parts and chemicals. Note: Health Care person came in on day off. Again pool tech did not show. Pool owner: July 3 Are you coming today? Premier Pool tech: Ya I'm still on my route currently Pool owner: July 4 and 5 Premier tech never came or called. My pool is turning GREEN. You need to come this morning. Let me know what time you will be here. URGENT! This is still July 6th I called and spoke to his boss. The tech contacted me with the fallowing message. Premier Pool tech: I'm stopping to get chems right now then I'll head that way and you're pool was already turning green has it gotten worse Pool owner: When you were to return Friday July 3 with Leveler part you said that would help the water level. Then the pool vac would work better. Two days without that working correctly didn't help. Premier Pool tech: On the way to you I have the part but that vac was having problems remember I got it running again I'm gonna add chems as well (The Pool tech showed July 8, he was to be here on the 2nd. He put a part in the Leveler and chemicals in the pool. Picture below is one he took for his records.) July, 8, pm I called Primer Pools and spoke to a person who said he was the owner. I told him my concerns. I also wrote him a message. (This is my pool July 13 The Leveler must need adjusted the water level is higher and it's getting Greener.) July 13 and 14, 2 pictures prove my concerns. Premier Pools sent a new pool tech on July 15th. That evening my son found the Backwash Valve was not turned completely off and was leaking into the yard. He also found Electrical Tape on the vacuum hose connection to the filter. My son had me order a Flowkeeper Valve and a Skimmer Hose Cone Adapter. The vacuum hose stays connected thanks to my son. Pool owner: July 26 My Pump Motor stopped, it burnt out. My Home Warranty Company came and put in a new two speed motor July 31. Pool owner: Premier tech came August 3. We brought him up date on new pump motor. He called his office and told us he would be back with his boss on Tuesday, August 4th. They never showed. August 5th I called to see when they would be here. The women that spoke with me was rude and defensive. The tech was new and in the phone asking question most of the time he was here.. She said he was trained by her personally. She told me he knew what to do. Her tone and aggressive attitude were not appropriate. She also wondered why I was just calling now if my complaints went back through July. I told her I had called and written a message to the owner around July 13. I called again because my pool still looked bad. This person said she would investigate and call me back. I sporks to her August 5, she has not called back. There were other issues that I haven't mention. Premier tech she trained somehow lost the lid/top, we found it in the bottom of the pool. He left the protective lid to a $1,300 new pool pump open. Left key to enter the yard in the lock. I'm an 80 year old senior and I don't get around well. This is why I pay for professionals. I also had the hourly wages of my Health Care Person. She stayed overtime and came in on her day off to represent me with the pool tech. This is money I can't afford. Primer Pools has not show up since August 3rd. I'm filling this complaint to hopefully protect other seniors. Below shows condition of my pool while in the hands of Primer Pools. I received a nicely done mailing from Premier in the mail. I called and asked some questions and hired them on a weekly basis and for a tile clean. My tech showed up a week early, but that was ok. I just hadn't told the current cleaner I had hired another service. The tech cleaned the pool and I asked if everything was the same as it was when you came. He assured me it was. Later that evening I wanted to check the pool temp and have remote operation. I turned on the pump and it didn't work. No water went thru. I called and the owner called his tech and he called me. Said he'd be out after dinner. He texted me late to tell me he couldn't make it he would be out Saturday. Saturday and Sunday came no tech. I called again Monday he told me he forgot and would be here Tuesday after his route about 3. 6:30 minutes pm no tech. I call again and spoke with the owner. He asked me what I wanted the tech to do that I had played with different controls. They were never here so they couldn't know I didn't touch anything. I told him I was saying someone did something wrong they just didn't show up after 4 promises. I told the owner that and he told me to go F... myself.
