As of today, more than a month later, the restoration work remains unfinished and I still do not have a scheduled completion date. My yard is torn up, the sidewalk has not been replaced, and I have been unable to get clear answers despite calling regularly for updates. The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication. Promised timelines have repeatedly come and gone, and my attempts to obtain status updates have largely been ignored or brushed aside. At this point, I am genuinely concerned that the restoration portion of the project is being abandoned. I understand that scheduling delays can happen, but customers deserve honest communication and follow-through. After spending $18,000 on this project, I expected a much higher level of service and accountability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
