Outstanding customer service, always on time, and very professional. Frank is always so friendly and flexible with our schedule. 10/10!

Choosing Premier Pest Solutions was one of the best decisions we've made!! The technician, Jeremiah Taffner, was Amazing! He understood our urgency and worked us into his already full schedule. He educated us about termites, our treatment choices and what the process would involve. He and Robert, the tech who assisted him on treatment day, were punctual - professional and thorough! I really appreciate that Jeremiah was personable and attentive to detail. The treatment was reasonably priced - no hidden costs and came with a one year warranty! Thanks so much for your great service! read more

Purchased a house in Oro Valley and the previous owner wrote on the disclosure form "occasional scorpions" which we all know that means a lot! Robert got me on the books immediately and has been so amazing! So far we've had no bugs inside the house (I even look with a black light at night for scorpions). I have two babies under two so I am definitely worried about the kids so I text him pictures of different spiders (all have been outside and dead) and he immediately responds with descriptions. Robert is the best! read more

Jeremiah recognized my termite problem was a bit out of the ordinary and that there was a lot of work to be done. To expedite, he fit us in on the weekend and brought the whole crew. What a bunch of nice guys. They worked hard, quickly and with smiles on their faces...Also nice to have people that know what they're doing. Locally owned. I will definitely use these guys again. read more

They responded within minutes of my request on yelp and gave my place a thorough inspection. I'm highly satisfied.

Let me start by saying I'm the kind of person that captures black widows and relocates them. But when the termites decided to build little houses of their own and tunnel down from the ceiling, I knew one of us had to go. Enter Premier Pest Solutions, Jeremiah to the rescue! I'm hardly a damsel in distress, but I know my areas of expertise and termites aren't one of them. He went over my place with a fine tooth comb and sealed up any openings inside the house (e.g. plumbing under the sinks/tubs). Then he took his magic termite wand and sprayed under the entire home. TA DA! You won't find a better pest control company anywhere. Jeremiah is not only a trained professional but a wonderful human being. I can not recommend this company highly enough. Superb service from the initial call, to the reschedule due to weather, to the timeliness and promptness, and careful explanation of what was done and how to proceed moving forward. Excellent and friendly termite service from Anthony. read more

I was a little anxious about picking a random company to come to my house but the technician and team were amazing! They did a very thorough inspection, were prompt, courteous and did amazing work! 10/10 recommend them to anyone nervous about picking a company they haven't used before! read more

I would highly recommend this company for bed bug extermination! I requested quotes on yelp and they responded the next morning even though it was a Sunday. We purchased a used couch that had bed bugs and unaware of it they quickly spread. Robert got with me and gave me an honest quote, unlike others who said they had to come see it first to quote me! He didn't waste my time which was limited with bed bugs that spread quickly and they were there that Monday morning to take care of the problem! He even came back a second time to follow up and spray a second time as my boyfriend was worried and wanted to have it done a second time. I will use them again for other pest problems. read more

Talked to Robert in Monday about starting pest service at our new home. We met on Thursday and he walked me through their process and made recommendations on the best program for my needs. He did not try to up-sell me on services I did not need. He was very professional and did not try to lock me into a long term contact. He believes the quality or their work speaks for itself. read more

I used this company for the entire year that I lived in Tucson, and it was seriously the best thing I could have done. The owners are very responsive, they are completely dedicated to customer satisfaction and helping you resolve any issues that you might have. I referred several of my neighbors throughout the year who were having issues with their pest control company or could not get rid of whatever problems they were having in the desert. Jeremiah is very well educated and experienced and will always provide suggestions or referrals my necessary to help you feel more comfortable in your home. The best part: they are highly personable and truly care about your property as if it was their own. I highly recommend their services over any other in the area. read more

Unfortunately, the monsoons brought a swarm of beetles and flying insects to my condo. I contacted Premier for help and Robert came to the rescue. He was so friendly and accommodating and willing to go the extra mile on very short notice. He thoroughly explained everything and the pesticides actually have a pleasant vanilla scent. This is truly a business with integrity. Highly recommended. read more

Found the owners to be professional, courteous, and thorough. I was presented with different options upon inspection for termites and personalized recommendations tailored to my situation. I chose them based on their reviews from Yelp, and was not disappointed. Would highly recommend. read more

We had the opportunity to meet This company through a termite warranty that was transferred to us during our recent home purchase. Jeremiah came out to check out some concerns and do an annual inspection. He exceeded my expectations with his professional expertise and knowledge as well as his reassuring and friendly demeanor! Highly recommend his company if you need pest services. read more

Robert is very nice and addressed my concerns and I am very pleased with the customer service

Robert was a very kind and professional gentleman who made me feel very comfortable. Being a first time home owner I called around looking for 1x service for some ants I had in the backyard. Robert not only located the source of the mound, but went out of his way to kill the mound in the back alley to make sure they were dead. Mind you, this alley has weeds as tall as his eye balls, but Robert is amazing and was promptly on time the next day for my dilemma. Way to go!! read more

Premier Pest Solutions is the best! Frank is very conscientious, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! They all are! I called them first when I inadvertently stumbled across a scorpion in my closet. We had just moved here to Tucson and I thought it was a piece of carpet! Jeremiah came quicky that day and regularly after that. Never had any problems with anything crawling after that. We recently moved and we definitely took them with us! Blessings to all of you in your business! read more

Can not recommend enough!! Locally owned, veteran owned, unbelievably responsive, very personal and professional. Very pet friendly and caring. Listened carefully to our situation and needs. Very reasonably priced with no pushing up sales. We recently moved into a new house. We lived in our old house only a mile away for 16 years and never needed exterminator service (can you believe it??). In just the first few weeks of living in the new house we had seen many critters, including several spiders of all varieties. My wife was bitten by a Black Widow and had a horrible reaction as well as having a Wolf Spider fall out of her hair in the bathroom. Needless to say getting someone out "IMMEDIATELY" was the task I was given. I checked Yelp, and Premier has a perfect rating with excellent reviews. I called to see if they serviced the NW and talked to Robert. He was very patient and understanding of our situation. I called on a Thursday afternoon and he would have been able to schedule for the upcoming Monday. After I explained the bite and other situations, he completely understood and said he could come the next day (Friday). True to his word, Robert showed up almost exactly 24hr after my initial call with him. I was having problems with Kangaroo Rats digging in yard, and killed an infant Vinegaroon in the kitchen as well. Robert treated the whole house inside and out, as well as setting bait traps for the Kangaroo rats around the yard, and spreading Snake Away around the perimeter of the house to help protect the dogs as we are getting into snake season. All of these services I requested and were not "pushed" on me in any way. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations in every way....and I am not easily impressed. As I led with, I can not recommend these folks more! read more

We needed some termite treatment and looked around at a handful of companies as well as getting a quote from our current pest control company. Jeremiah was very prompt with getting back to me, answered all my questions and gave a very fair quote over the phone. He is very knowledgeable and has been in the business for a long time, which made me comfortable with him treating my house. We scheduled the treatment and the team was on time, got the job done within the time frame specified, and cleaned up the entire treatment area so you never knew anyone had been there. Jeremiah took the time to go over the treatment with me and answer additional questions as well. I highly recommend Premier Pest and wish we could switch our regular pest treatment to them as well, but unfortunately the Taex system in our house is proprietary. We will definitely use Premier Pest for our termite protection, though and tell anyone else that has termite issues! read more

Premier Pest helped me get my home sold when I needed a treatment and certification to get it listed. They were very professional and thorough and really came through for me and my family. read more

I recently had a cockroach (calling it an infestation might be a little much) problem. We had found about 8 or so of the critters and my roommates and I were very uneasy sleeping at night. It was a stressful situation especially because my landlords did not want to help. I contacted a few exterminators but I got on the phone with the technician and he was very kind. Their service is very affordable (especially for college students). He stayed for a total of an hour and a half and made sure that our house was sprayed correctly. He explained everything he was doing and he answered all of our questions. Also, there is a 30-day warranty and the technician told us that if we see anything or have any concerns he will come back free of charge. This was definitely the best customer experience I have ever had from any company. I highly recommend Premier Pests. They gave me the peace of mind that I needed! read more

Jeremiah did a great job of explaining everything from the charges to the work that was done and what's to follow. Aaron and Robert were also very helpful, conscientious, and professional when it came to treating our house. It was a pleasure working with these guys. read more

Robert is very professional, reliable, efficient, and knowledgable about pest control. A locally owned business is always a plus.

I cannot recommend Jeremiah Taffner and Robert Probst enough. They have treated both my personal residence and a rental on more than one occasion. I will be continuing to use Premier Pest Solutions on these properties, as well as one other. Jeremiah and Robert are both courteous and provide thorough explanations and information regarding the services they are providing, which included bee infestation on one call as well as the more typical interior and exterior pests at both properties. I have been impressed on many fronts, but it is the time they take to educate the homeowner that really stands out, as well as the results of their services of course. I found them to be more than competitively priced. I have been a homeowner in Tucson for over 50 years and utilized more than one pest control company, sometimes on a monthly basis. Am so glad a friend highly recommended Premier Pest Solutions! I know my home and rentals are in good hands now and no more pesky concerns. Call them, you will have found the best. read more

I cannot say enough great things about this company. We live out in the Three Points area and just sold our house and needed to take care of termites prior to the sale. The service was excellent, affordable and very professional. I had called several other pest control companies and I have to say that Premier Pest Solutions far exceeded my expectations. HIGHLY recommend!!!!! read more
