They came out and gave us an estimate and we agreed upon the estimate the technicians that they sent were Alec And I think Tomas. They both were awesome. They answered all my questions. They were proficient in what they did explaining everything and drilling the foundation and overall, it was a very very pleasant experience. The real Rigo made our initial inspection. Since then he or the company has been "Johnny on the Spot" for all our needs. I had to call these guys again to see if they did bee removal or extermination. We moved into our home about 2 years ago and it came with a VERY old shed in our backyard.. wood is warped and I'm sure rotten in some certain places. We've had plans to demolish it for quite some time but haven't gotten around to it. Anyway, we started seeing bees around it on Sunday and I mean a LOT of bees. I contacted Rigo to see if they did bee extermination or removal and the owner emailed me back right away. They came out 3 days later and took care of the problem. I wanted to wait to see if they moved on or not. But unfortunately, they didn't. They also found some pack rat droppings and my husband had asked to buy some traps from them and the guy that came out told him that he was better off buying traps on Amazon (he gave him the name of ones he recommended). He said they work just as well and would save us money. I so appreciate the honesty! I will recommend this company over and over. Not only have I not seen a SINGLE scorpion in my home since we started using them, but they are so responsive and they take pride in their work. read more

They type up reports that include photographs and maps. I've seen other companies write up reports in sloppy handwriting, that I can't even read.
