He arrived promptly in the early part of the time window which Valerie had told me when I called the office for an estimated arrival time. He was most polite, respectful, and friendly. Patrick Tafoya does a great job at keeping our home pest issues under control (regular service every 2 mos). Our yard backs up to an open field so it really can be a challenge. Patrick is always on the look out for any new issues including spotting the very beginnings of some subterranean termites. Thanks Patrick!! With his input we were able to get ahead of this before any of these nasty bugs worked their way into any structure. Greenshield did a great job at treating the whole foundation and we To top it off Patrick is always friendly, ready to listen if there is anything we want to point out and checks in with us before leaving just to give a final report. Green shield has been so incredibly helpful for us! We live right by the desert and see a lot of creepy crawlers but since having green shield, we rarely see anything especially inside and if we do they're already dead. It has reduced the amount we see in our backyard where the kids play greatly also. Our favorite is David Moore! Definitely ask for him! He's so friendly, knowledgable and willing to help! He makes it an actual fun experience to have the bug guy come :) our kids like to watch him do his thing and chat! read more
