I live in Sierra Vista and last year I switched from a former pest control company to Green Shield out of Tucson. My tech has moved to my area and his name is Marquise Atencio. That was the best decision I made. The company has provided outstanding customer service anytime and everytime I've called to get a specific day for my service. My former Pest company's tech was the owner and has been doing this for over 30 years, but I want to say that Marquise is by far the Best Pest Tech I've had, and I've been with pest service all over the world, yes even overseas. He is so poised, polite, and very knowledgeable about pests. He listens to your concerns and makes sure he takes care of them by taking the time needed to investigate the problem. He is the, "fixer" to me because he secures my home. I use to worry and be afraid of insects, but he has helped to educate me about them which allows me to relax more. He is definitely the Top in his field. I am so glad he is my tech and I hope he stays my tech while I'm living in this area. I joke to my spouse and say to him, "the day Marquise advances in this company and leaves, (and by all means he should), and I have to be assigned another tech, I might leave the area. Great service is what I have in him and I'm not sure it can be duplicated!!! He always care about the customer being satisfied and he doesn't half-ass spray like many others do. The only way I'll stay with Green-Shield is if Marquise TRAINS that person and Marquise tells me he's great like him; Seriously!!! I truly hope this company realizes the fine quality, dedication, and presentation they have in Marquise. I cannot say enough amazing things about Green Shield and our tech named Parker. We are having a wasp issue this year and the biggest problem why they're hanging around is because our neighbors next-door have nests that they are not taken care of. Parker has come out twice in one day to help me with the wasps desperately attempting to rebuild on our property. He patiently and kindly listens to everything I have to say and how nervous and upset I am about the wasps at the back door considering I have a two-year-old a two-month-old and a German Shepherd that likes to eat them and let her mouth swell up to the size of a basketball. He explains all the products that they're using exactly what they do and how they work. Parker has asked me to call him anytime I see them trying to rebuild again and that he will come out for free and knock out that location again. It just speaks volumes for this company and for Parker that there's really nothing they can do about the wasps next-door we're just keeping them in my vicinity but they're willing to bend over backwards and come out every single time I called them for free to help me deal with the ones on my side of the fence. You aren't gonna find Customer Service like that anywhere else it's completely over the top and very appreciated. Parker, I am so grateful for you and Green and Shield! Danny in the office is awesome. We signed up with GreenShield and were a little disappointed at first because I had given them a card to charge for the first service and then put a different card on file that they could charge for the following services and they ended up charging the card that I had specifically asked them not to charge. Beyond that, the first service was great. Very quick and they sprayed the inside and outside of the house. The second service was OK. The technician came through the fence to get to the backyard, and when we got home, our fence was almost completely off the hinges. It was fixable, luckily, but still a little irritating. The second service also came sooner than I had expected and my card got charged automatically which I did not like because I am supposed to have 30 days to pay my bill. It was at this point that I called Greenshield and got connected with Danny who then refunded my card immediately and gave me a partial credit for the inconvenience, which she didn't need to do. I did not call customer service to ask for anything more than a refund on my card so that I could pay it when I was planning on paying, and to let them know of the other things that happened it but she went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied. I am so pleased with the service we have received from Green Shield Pest Control! I did my research when looking for a pest control company, and Green Shield was one of the very few that guaranteed their work against spiders (which are my arch nemesis). Marquise Atencio is our service technician and we cannot say enough good things about him. He's very attentive to listening to the issues we have around our property and very good at giving me all the options on how we can treat something. Before he leaves he always shows me what he's done and where while explaining the process too. He's very adamant about making sure we're happy (and we are!) and that we're in the know about our service. He's always available to be reached if we have questions at any time which is great! I cannot recommend him enough- nice guy and someone I was totally comfortable with having in and around my home (we've been with other companies where that was NOT the case). As an Airbnb host, it was important that I got immediate, qualified help to eradicate the growing problem. We have been using Greenshield Pest Control for 9 months now and are extremely satisfied with the results and experiences from our technician. Ryan is our main guy who comes out and services our home. He's very kind, thorough and personable when it comes to the job. He tackled an insane ant infestation last summer, caused by our neighbors yard. He's always super thorough, detailed and informative about his findings and best practices. On top of that, Ryan calls ahead to check-in about gate access and our dogs (he even remembers their names!). We also wanted a service that was safe around our animals but also efficient. We have never had any issues with our pets getting ill like previous companies had made them AND we haven't had any bug issues since we started their services. I've been using Green Shield since 2012 I believe. After Scotty left, I had a couple of different service techs, but I had Jeri for a while now. She is the absolute best! Super conscientious and efficient. Jeri and her husband visited today as a courtesy to try and help us understand why we are being bombarded by an unusual amount of flys. Jeri was so awesome while they were here. She noticed some spider webs and "just had to knock them down" . We've had some winds since our last visit so I'm sure the wind blew them in for a visit. Prior to Greenshield services. During monsoon especially we'd have crickets like crazy on our back patio and once in while in the house. We'd also have black widows on the porch and they loved building webs under my patio chairs . If we see creatures now they are dead! We've been marketed by other pest control companies, but we love Greenshield. It's a great company with excellent service. read more

I have been using Greenshield Pest Control for probably over a year and a half now....maybe longer. Not really counting. They have been absolutely amazing. I hardly ever see any bugs after they spray. There has only been one time after they sprayed and I called and they came back out and sprayed for free. They actually just came today and here lately, they have been changing technicians so I'm not sure if he has sprayed my house before or not but as soon as I opened the door, he gave a friendly greeting and even greeted me by name. After getting the spray and coming inside, he spent a couple minutes to gain respect from my dog who wants to eat everyone but wouldn't hurt a fly. We have had GreenSheild Pest Control servicing our home since shortly after we moved in 2012. After we moved in we found a camel spider (look them up, they are scary ugly) in one of the bedrooms and thats when we called GreenSheild. Since they have been servicing our home, we have not seen any pests inside our house. If we do see them they are belly up outside the perimeter of the house where they spray, and thats few and far in between. One technician i do have to give props to is Patrick. He has been consistently coming out for years. He is respectful everytime, always happy, driven and very thorough. He asks if there have been any problems with pests and strives to do his best everytime. We will continue with GreenSheild as we feel we are absolutely paying for perfection! read more
