During my treatment I had three different doctors. The last person recommended me to take braces off way too early and I wasn't pleased with my smile. I tried to contact the office multiple times. My dentist called them multiple times in my behalf too. They never return any phone calls and simply don't care about their patients. I am extremely upset with the results and even more so with how they treated me by ignoring my calls. I don't recommend anyone to use their services. read more

When we started at Premier (4 yrs ago) they were organized, fairly timely on appts. Very patient with my son who was quite scared and anxious many times. But after 3 + years of orthodontic treatment, covid, it has been difficult to get appts. Frequently cancelled, not able to do the services at time of the appt and have to reschedule, always saw a different physician. Thank goodness we were able to get the braces off- though months delayed. Now we are just on retainer checks, but we are cancelled, doctors changing, no physicians available that day. I would not recommend Premier now to someone just starting out with orthodontic care. I could not imagine in the middle or starting treatment and having to deal with trying to get an appt, appt cancelled, md changing all the time. read more

Dr Hudson and his techs are professional and were wonderful, with my nervous 8 year old when she got her braces. Dr Hudson takes his time with each patient and explained in detail every step of her Orthodontic treatment. I would give him and his techs a 5 star rating!!! My 3 star rating is because of the billing dept. I agree with the yelper above they are overpriced and nickel & dime their patients. Been with this place for 3 years! Over the years, it's been a great experience.. all the staff are professional & sweet. Recently, had a terrible incident with a missed appointment for getting my braces off and not being able to potentially get another one until Sept+.. Once I had called, I luckily was connected with Perla who completely took care of me and sorted each and every detail out. Not accommodating and the technicians are unprofessional. They talk shit about you to their colleagues and they are rude. I have been here since I was a kid, and the old assistants used to be so nice and inviting. They are now slow, unmotivated and the entire team as a whole is not cohesive and uninviting. I don't recommend their Invisalign program whatsoever. It takes sometimes more than an hour to get you in. I once had an appointment at 11:40. Sat in the waiting room till 12:40. They haven't had an on time appointment for me since 2018 and I now know that if I schedule anything, I need to add a good 30 minutes to the appointment wait time. It's sad to see the company change so much because they used to be great. read more

I am so pleased with my experience with both my kiddos getting treatment by Dr.Lee! I waited to write this review because I wanted to finish treatment before sharing my thoughts. From beginning to end everything was amazing! Dr Lee was always so upbeat and make my kids experience fun every time they visited. The office was always so responsive whenever we have any questions and concerns. My daughter is done with her braces just needing to get hers straight. As for my son he just finished Phase 1 of treatment and we will definitely return in a year or so for Phase 2. He had prominent underbite that was fixed after completing Phase 1 and OMG looking at the before and after photos the change was exceptional. During the 2 years of treatment I have also referred 3 of my nieces to this office and will continue to refer others! Definitely recommend!!! read more

We've been patients here for years and have seen the steady decline in service. We were assured that things would get better before we started my daughter in braces over 2 years ago, but that has not happened. Despite paying $100s per month for treatment, she only has appointments every 2-3 months. Each time, the wait to be seen is 30+ minutes, which is extremely disruptive when we have to take time off work/school for an appt. When you cancel an appt with advanced notice, you can't be seen for several weeks. This used to never happen years ago. In fact, they used to be able to accommodate same day/walk-in appts. They are the highest priced orthos in the area so it's a shame they don't expand their hours or staff. If there are staffing shortages then perhaps they need to stop taking new clients until they're caught up. I'm frustrated and do not recommend Premier, but will update if things improve! read more

First time I've ever been to the location was today. I received a free consultation! Wonderful right? It was. My experience here was so lovely nothing went wrong. Right when I went to the counter to check in the lady knew I was new & she was so friendly & polite to me & my bf. There is a lady named Jen she is so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly & courteous. I absolutely adored her. Dr.H very friendly man also very knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered to where I could understand them. They have reasonable & affordable prices. The consultation was superb! The lady who did my examinations was also very friendly. This place if I could give it 10 stars I would I love the staff already. I felt at home. Being in the medical field myself, I tend to pay attention and be very particular of where I go when it has anything to do with treatment for myself. I knew 3 years ago when I stepped in for a consult, I was very impressed with the atmosphere and with the staff. Dr. Hudson back then was my Dr. and I immediately felt comfortable with his protocol for treatment and the care that he and his colleagues and his assistants provided and gave to me. I also feel that Premier Orthodontics did a fabulous job during the pandemic on their safety measures to be able to continue to provide treatment for me and for others. I was bummed that Dr. Hudson moved out of state, but I was confident that he would pass the torch to other Drs that were going to continue to carry on the same passion, work ethic, and values that he worked so hard to build. And he sure did. I am now done with treatment and I'm so pleased and happy with my results! So that same day that I got my braces off, I booked a consultation with Dr. Abraham for my son. My son is now on his 3rd month of treatment and I can't believe how good his teeth are coming along (his teeth are worse than mine and he has a huge overbite). Dr. Abraham is so nice, professional and up to date with technology. I know that my son and I will be impressed with the outcome when his treatment is finished. I highly recommend this place to anyone! My daughter had an emergency with her braces, while attending a summer camp. I could not take her back to her orthodontist in the South Bay, and urgently needed the help of an orthodontist. Even though my daughter was not a patient of Premier Orthodontics, the Oxnard office was so kind, and even created an opening for her to see them. When I first brought my daughter to this office the service was very fast and they adhered to appointment times. The last few visits have been horrible. Our wait time has been 1 1/2 to almost 2 hours. And visits were for simple stuff not to put braces on. Dr Lee is great though. read more

If you want yourself or your child to be harassed come here when I turned freshly 18 (which seemed like a problem since Mr.Hudson said to me; hahhaa your should be able to be responsible at that age etc.) I decided to come here but one day when the office was practically empty, Mr.Hudson was madly aggressive. With only one assistant who acted like she was scared to disagree with Mr.Hodson, he got close to my face scolding me how I wasn't wearing my Invisalign (mind you something in it was making me gums slowly bleed & you couldn't see it till it's been on for a few minutes) I explain why & he continues to get in my face. Barely stepping into the age of legally being able to stay out past 11pm, his aggressive face & angry eyes scared me. At this point I was CRYING. Even then he continued to harass me. I said "Please leave, I will finish the discussion with your assistant but YOU ARE MAKING ME UNCOMFORTABLE AND I FEEL ATTACK. YOU ARE HARASSING ME" still not stopping I sat as still as possible till he got bored of me not responding with anything but that phrase, he left. I ran out. Later that month (& the next) they charged me my monthly even tho they had canceled my contract. read more

I contacted this office today at 10am to see if they could help my daughter with a wire that was poking her cheek. She lives out of State and several other Orthodontic offices refused to see her because she wasn't under their care. This office offered to see us within the hour! When I arrived to their beautiful office, we were immediately greeted by a very courteous front desk attendant, and called to the back within 10 minutes. The tech was just as courteous as the front desk. She had my daughter fixed up and out of pain in a snap. She even offered her wax/Chapstick and made sure that she was feeling better. Dr. Hudson is the best..my son got braces about a year ago. The office staff and Dr's have always been super nice and very professional. I am extremely thankful to Dr Hudson tonight because my sons were messing around, like boys do and my youngest son accidentally dropped his nerf gun from his bunk bed knocking two of my sons teeth out! I was so freaked out I think I froze for about 10 min. I then called my sons dentist. Who which does not have a after hours emergency number, so I called Dr Hudson's office. After calling and speaking to the on call person Judy (which by the way instructed me to put the teeth in milk so as they don't dry out). I received a call from Dr Hudson informing me that he can meet me in his office, since I was not able to reach my sons Dentist. He was so patient with my son, and was able to implant his teeth back in his mouth. Anyway I'm am just so thankful with Dr Hudson. I came to the office because my daughters mouth was too small for her teeth to grow in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were the third place I went to to get her checked out and prices of treatment. The other two places wanted her to start treatment right away. P.O. Suggested I wait 6 months til her front teeth grew in befor starting . This made me feel right away they were trustworthy and out for the care of my daughter not their pocketbooks! 6 months later I took her back and she was ready to begin treatment. They took pictures explained everything to me in detail and showed me using a video tv what they were going to do and answered all question I had as well as questions my 8 yr old had. She had a tuff time putting in the spacers and I had multiple staff come ask me how she's doing and gave her stickers and a free Jamba juice card as well as other incentives. They were so caring even called the next day to check on her! Every visit had been wonderful even came in on a holiday weekend when she ate popcorn and it knocked her brace off her tooth so it could be fixed right away! My kids love coming here. State of the art place so geared towards kids w a big screen tv and video games and iPads to play on as well as a hot coco and coffee bar. I always have a tuff time getting them to leave! There was an issue with my debt card and Jamie from billing took care of the problem right away and fixed it. I highly recommend this place I feel like the prices are right in line with the services. I went with Dr. Lee because so many of my friends recommended him to me and well so far i have 3 and a half months with my braces and my teeth have already moved so much they're starting to look great. Love the staff and the way they treat you so friendly and make sure everything is good before letting you go.
