They have every part. Gadgets and tool possibly available. Better than the big box store the staff are incredibly kind and helpful and will walk around and help you find what you need. I ordered furniture that had to be assembled and there were not the correct number of screws so I rushed in flustered and they ease my stress and found the exact right pieces to help me finish the project. They always ask if you need anything else. I tried to build a play set for my grandchild and vey sport but I mistakenly got a wrong piece stuck and could not get it out I rushed over again almost crying and asked what could I do? They very patiently and kindly were able to take apart and asked if I had brought the screws with me they were going to attach the pieces properly for me I am forever grateful for their guidance on paint selections, finishes. Accessories needed to complete the project. Over the years I have gone on knowing what needed, or mostly knew what I wanted to do but not what I needed to eat it done and they guided me on how to hand heavy mirrors and shelving. Repair or patch wood finishes that have been damaged. Adding the kindness, patience and care they show every customer, I am genuinely grateful for a local small business.Honestly the prices compare to big box stores where it's sometimes hard to find what you need and you certainly will not get the care and attention you receive here. It is worth it even for I've small item. Stop by and say hi! Let me add they cut keys as it is getting harder to find anyone that still does this! As things turn out, it was a blessing in disguise as Amazon and Ooni currently has it for 30% off or $629.30~ It arrived this afternoon and will soon be enjoying it knowing my hard earned money did not go to an insulting person. With Amazon, if there are any issues, they will pay for it to be shipped back for a replacement or full refund. Does Karig's offer free return shipping if a product is defective or a full refund? Doubtful. They're a small business so should be treating people much more respectful. Here are a few things Dante said to me on my second phone call after he got rid of me on the first call, "I have to go"... - I'm running a business, you asked me a million questions - I answered all your questions - so did you call a hundred places to find out what they charged? (actually no, I had not) At the end, he asked if I was ready to order and I asked to confirm the $50 UPS shipping charge. He said he had to take an order so I hung up the phone. If true and he wanted to sell the Ooni to me, the proper and professional way would have been to ask if I could call back the next day. He wants the easy sale and wants a customer to order without asking too many questions which is his prerogative but just know his true character or two-faced persona; pleasant when you're ready to spend and insulting when not. They sell zero waste products. What does that mean? Well I'm no expert and man I'm probably going to get some if this wrong. We went a couple weeks ago and I was just reflecting on how I had not written. A review because I've been so busy writing poetry and fiction but more on that later. Yeah, so turns out they have these big containers of things like soap, shampoo, detergent, housecleaning products and basically you bring in your own glass bottle or you purchase a bottle one time, and then instead of continuing to buy plastic bottles full of housecleaning products you just come back to this store and refill them. I could honestly walk here it's probably around a mile from my house and then I would be buying this stuff and not driving so my carbon footprint would be nothing. I feel like we've stopped talking about carbon footprints. We should probably start talking about that again. Also just lovely housewares. We bought these little towels to use instead of paper towels. I was skeptical but they've worked great. And I have stopped buying so many rolls of paper towels which I feel good about. Especially since I'm so bad about recycling. I'm sorry I just think it's a scam. We bought a really nice cutting board. I feel like we bought something else. The people who worked there were delightful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of nice houseware items. I feel like my reviews are usually funnier than this one but I have a sore throat this morning and we have company and I woke up and I'm like oh no I hope I don't have Covid because a month or so ago we had Covid. Please beware of this place. (8/18/20). I had an experience this past week, in which I brought my…read morelawnmower to be serviced. The service was for the blades to be sharpened. As I waited in the lobby with my son, the owner comes back to me and says we have a problem. He proceeds to take us back into the back area and he shows me that the shaft was stripped when he tried to takeoff the nut to pull off the blade. I looked at it and I tried not to be angry in front of my son. But I was annoyed on the inside. The problem that I have with this individual or establishment of business is that there was no accountability for what was done to my lawnmower. The owner apologized and told me he was the one that worked on it and that it was nothing that he could do to rectify the situation. He said "This kind of thing happens" and that he's had other lawnmowers that this is happened to before. My other problem with this after I is that after I left I researched YouTube videos. And I found that no one used a power tool to remove the nut off of any lawnmower. They all use the hand socket wrench or torque wrench. I asked the owner before I left to compensate me for this. He told me no, he's not held responsible. My wife called him to ask him to use one of his lawnmowers for the day and he still wants to charge me after breaking my machine. #justlostacustomer
