Which is awesome because they found a roof seam that wasnt sealed properly. The also ket me know that the property wasnt graded to provide adequate trainable. These are all very expensive future problems which would cost thousands to repair/ replace after the fact. The cost of this inspection is minimal compared to what they prevent.
