Just like the previous reviews, I'm glad I went with A-Action. Just finished our inspection in Sienna and Bo did a great job. I'm nowhere near an inspector but I'm somewhat mechanically inclined. He did a great job explaining the areas of possible concern that I didn't understand. During the inspection, I got to meet my new neighbor. He bought his home while stationed in Japan(marine) and had it inspected by someone he didn't thoroughly review. His house is basically gutted from termites. Biggest mistake he said he's ever made. Fortunately for me, the previous owner kept up with pest control monthly and also kept out termite traps. Thank you to Bo, A-Action and their team. Typically, when building a house, it is recommended that you do several inspections throughout the process to ensure you have a good foundation as well as a solid house overall. When you need a good detailed report quick give them a call. William was amazing he showed up early and got to work. Was super kind to explain items that we seen that were of concerned and ensured to note them on his report. Did a great check; given the seller still had boxes and material everywhere blocking visual site lines. He worked with it and never complained. He climbed on the roof and did his inspections checking every penetration no drone needed. They provided a basic termite or bug inspection with every plan. This is just a look at the base of the foundation and penetration holes. Overall would recommend them to family and friends. Especially since a lot of the items we noticed and discuss of concern and repair were the same ones he seen. Their reports are detailed and they do a thermal reading inspection. read more

These people are the BEST. They cost a little more than average but they are more than worth the price. We were able to avoid 2 would have been bad home decisions due to these fantastic dudes. They were so detail oriented and professional. Shout out to Mark and James. Both were able to send reports 50 pages to us the same day. This place usually has availability to schedule within a couple days, so perfect when trying to get things done in a timely way. For accessible roofs, they climb on stairs. For taller roofs they have drones. They check for termites, they noticed wall bowing, mild sewage smells and how the sellers will sometimes use tricks to hide issues. They were very capable.
