Simply the best. Gio was amazing! As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I really appreciated how thorough and knowledgeable he was for our home inspection. He took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. The final report was so detailed and easy to understand. Bo took the time to get the job done without missing a thing. I very much appreciate him coming out on his day off to inspect my new home.

This is the 2nd time I have used A-Action group for my home inspection. Will Worthen did a fantastic job thoroughly inspecting the property of interest especially the most important I.e. mechanical HVAC, plumbing and electrical. He is very knowledgeable across these and clearly explained and summarized the findings that will be on the report. He would always check if I have any questions or needing more clarifications. He was able to send out the inspection report on the same day. read more

We scheduled a Phase 2 home inspection and the process was easy from start to finish. They also provided one of the most affordable quotes. The customer service staff is very available and helpful. Our inspector, Tyler Bauer, is an absolute pro and has taken extra time and care to ensure we have all the information and assurance we need. We will be retaining their services for our phase 3 inspection. We couldn't be happier with our decision. read more

Just like the previous reviews, I'm glad I went with A-Action. Just finished our inspection in Sienna and Bo did a great job. I'm nowhere near an inspector but I'm somewhat mechanically inclined. He did a great job explaining the areas of possible concern that I didn't understand. During the inspection, I got to meet my new neighbor. He bought his home while stationed in Japan(marine) and had it inspected by someone he didn't thoroughly review. His house is basically gutted from termites. Biggest mistake he said he's ever made. Fortunately for me, the previous owner kept up with pest control monthly and also kept out termite traps. Thank you to Bo, A-Action and their team. Whoever you go with, make sure they are extremely knowledgeable and check thoroughly for termites. I think it gets overlooked due to the last 10 years of flooding in Houston. read more

My agent initially recommended 3 other inspection company, but they only do weekdays. I am glad they only do weekdays because it forced me look elsewhere and found A-action. We are building a house. Typically, when building a house, it is recommended that you do several inspections throughout the process to ensure you have a good foundation as well as a solid house overall. James was extremely professional and thorough. He constantly asked if I had any questions and explained everything about our inspection in detail. I wasn't physically at the inspection but I did speak to him on the phone. Our realtor was able to get to the site and ask James questions. He found some minor things that needed to be changed but also gave his personal feedback on our builder which was really, really helpful. We plan to use A-Action for other inspections as well. Thanks James! read more

Unfortunately, we had to have multiple home inspections on our home buying journey. Fortunately, A-Action conducted two of the three inspections and they were excellent! Booking was a breeze with Michelle and she was very helpful with all my questions and timeline concerns. Love her! We had a different inspector each time, but it didn't matter because consistency, professionalism, and high quality run through the entire business. We appreciated the inspector's expertise and thoroughness. Book them for all your home inspection needs. As a bonus, the termite inspection is included unlike most companies AND we received the report same day both times. "Can't beat that with a stick," as the old folks say! read more

My husband and I are under contract for an investment property, but needed an inspection done on relatively short notice. A-Action came highly recommended, and rightfully so! The scheduling process is easy, as is the payment process. They verify the appointment the day before and arrive promptly to begin the inspection. Brendan conducted our inspection, and asked if there were any pre or post inspection questions or areas of concern. Once the inspection was completed, he verbally highlighted the main areas of concern, then wrote up a detailed report with attached photos. All interested parties had the official report promptly upon completion. Brendan is highly knowledgeable, very thorough, and conducts business in a professional manner. I highly recommend Brendan and A-Action! read more

When you need a good detailed report quick give them a call. William was amazing he showed up early and got to work. Was super kind to explain items that we seen that were of concerned and ensured to note them on his report. Did a great check; given the seller still had boxes and material everywhere blocking visual site lines. He worked with it and never complained. He climbed on the roof and did his inspections checking every penetration no drone needed. They provided a basic termite or bug inspection with every plan. This is just a look at the base of the foundation and penetration holes. Overall would recommend them to family and friends. Especially since a lot of the items we noticed and discuss of concern and repair were the same ones he seen. Their reports are detailed and they do a thermal reading inspection. read more

James was a thorough and helpful insepctor for our new build. We couldn't make it for the full inspection but he went through his findings and opinions on everything in an easy to understand way. Also answered questions on things I didn't know about yet and taught me a few things as well. Would recommend him for anyone who is looking for an inspection. read more

My realtor scheduled an inspection with A-Action Home Inspection. She said that the company and its' inspectors were very thorough and trusted their inspections. I arrived at the property being inspected about 90 minutes after the inspection started. I met Josh and Warren there and both were very professional. Josh spent about 30 minutes after I arrived writing the report while I walked around and inspected the property. After that, he walked through a really thorough and understandable report with my realtor and I. I actually thought his writing ability was excellent from the report. He made everything really easy to understand on the report. The level of detail Josh and Warren inspected the property with a fine-toothed comb. I couldn't believe everything that was identified. After, I felt I knew everything about the property. The inspector, was also honest about what he would do if the property was his own. I really respected that and it helped me make informative decisions for which issues to pursue with the seller of the property. A few hours after reviewing the report with Josh, I read through it again and noticed a couple issues that I needed more insight on. I wrote him an email to ask him about them. He responded quickly and it helped me have a strong negotiating position with the seller. Furthermore, Josh replied quickly on a Saturday morning. It was really impressive service and I would definitely recommend A-Action. read more

Very professional, great detail and quick with the results of the inspection. I trusted my agent and the price was worth the response and detailed inspection which was above and beyond anything I have received before. Thank you!!!! read more

I've used Josh twice now for home inspections. Both inspections he did a great job reviewing his findings with me so I would understand the severity of his findings and also documenting his findings so I could review later. I also have a good guide for things that need to be repaired once my home purchase is complete. Thanks for the detail oriented, customer service! read more

These people are the BEST. They cost a little more than average but they are more than worth the price. We were able to avoid 2 would have been bad home decisions due to these fantastic dudes. They were so detail oriented and professional. Shout out to Mark and James. Both were able to send reports 50 pages to us the same day. This place usually has availability to schedule within a couple days, so perfect when trying to get things done in a timely way. For accessible roofs, they climb on stairs. For taller roofs they have drones. They check for termites, they noticed wall bowing, mild sewage smells and how the sellers will sometimes use tricks to hide issues. They were very capable. They helped us decide on our dream home ! read more

Very nice inspector who went over everything in detail. Told us what really needed to be fixed and what was optional. Highly recommend Josh

Tyler Bauer has done an amazing job with explaining the condition of a property, giving the buyer perspective and making sure they understand the state of the property. Very thorough home inspection service. Tyler was our home inspection technician, and he provided a very detailed, well organized inspection report.
