I wanted to share my first experience with A & B Asphalt as I really appreciated the customer…read moreservice I received. Last week I ordered 10 yards of gravel delivered to my residence. The intended purpose of the gravel was to install gravel paths in the garden and also to use the remainder of the gravel to spread in our parking area. When the load was delivered and dumped, it was not what I had expected. I had ordered a 5/8 minus black basalt gravel, exactly what I had gotten a pick-up truck load of a couple weeks ago. When it was delivered, the gravel hsd excessive amounts of soil mixed in, not just the sandy fines I was expecting. Immediately I was disappointed and concerned as to how this could be "fixes." I first took photos of the gravel and then called A & B asking to speak with a manager. I spoke with Darren who I was able to send photos to via e-mail. Darren seemed to "know" that the gravel delivered was not the correct material and he indicated it would be resolved. I was unsure how something of this nature could be fixed, so I waited to hear back from them to find out their solution. Within a couple of hours, they did indeed call back and let me know a backhoe and dump truck were on the way out to pick-up the original 10 yards and that the correct material would then be delivered. I was impressed! By the time I got home at 2:30pm that afternoon, the second load of gravel was just arriving and I was able to chat with the driver after he had dumped his load. Never did A & B suggest or even hint that I was incorrect or that I should make do with the inferior product that was delivered. They were very quick to address the issue and resolve it, which allowed me to stay on schedule for my own project and proceed without any delays. Being that I can't really talk on the phone with small children running around, it was nice how patient and transparent they were with their answers. They worked very well with my insurance and carefully detailed in the paperwork how everything was going to look. Being able to leave my key with them to get all the work completed and not have to worry about a thing was great, too. Trustworthiness is an asset that they posses. After my floors were done, they helped me with a payment plan so I could pay cash on the remainder. My floors were praised by all of our visitors and being able to pick what I wanted (both tile and carpeting on the rooms) was nice. We highly recommend Northwest Restoration!

The service we requested included spider web removal and window frame cleaning. Their washing process uses a running water filtration system that leave no streaks, and the water left on widows dries off without leaving marks. We have hired other companies that use water from a bucket or a tank, only to have them come back to clean streaks from windows. We learned Window Wizards is a relative local business with experienced people and with plans of expanding in other areas of service. We are very satisfied with their work, we wish them the best, and a successful future.

My daughter said it was the perfect tree and my son felt the limbs and said this is a nice tree! I had it up past NewYear's and it was still holding its needles.
