Our home's stucco exterior hadn't been cleaned since we moved in in 2018, and had a lot of dust, water stains, bird droppings, and smoke grime from all the fires the TriCities area gets every year. The Softwashing took about 5 hours, and Josh and his assistant had our home looking like new by the time they were done. Very impressed with the quality of work, and no damage to the old (2010) stucco. Just a clean bright exterior. While not cheap, the service is a very good value, considering it took them 5 hours to do plus the special detergents and equipment used, and the results speak for themselves. My husband had to remind the workers that they forgot to clean the inside of a couple of the windows. They tracked mud and dirt inside the house, left a mess when cleaning the outside tracks, and broke a sliding glass door screen. Plus, out three sliding glass doors screens did not get cleaned at all. When informing the owner, he just ignored me as I expected a rebate or an offer to fix the screen. They did a terrible job and I would never recommend this company.
