My wife and I live in a nice 2600 sf home in South Richland. Usually I've cleaned our own windows over the years. Once I hired a local guy for a low price and his work was less than mine. Our hard water stains persisted. I called CVWC recently and Shane came for an estimate 2 days later. His manager, Easton, arrived a few days later on time. Both of them called in advance to give us the heads up on their ETA's. Easton cleaned from 9:00AM to past 3:00. He was courteous, friendly and even went beyond the scope of the contract to help with a minor repair of a window not closing completely...which he noticed for us. Clear View is all that you could hope for: affordable, reliable, fast, effective, and trustworthy. I live in Los Angeles and hired Clear View to wash the windows at my parents place in rural Prosser before Thanksgiving. Shane was wonderful to deal with by phone. He fit the job in on a weekend, so as to have it done before the holiday. My folks said he was polite, hardworking, and did an excellent job. Some of the windows at their house had hard water deposit and he was able to remove it. Their holiday guests commented on how clear and clean the windows were. On 7/14/2023, we had Clear View clean the solar panels on our roof, windows inside and out and window screens. They also repaired our broken window screens. I was so pleased with the quality of their work. Their technicians, Austin and Jaemen, were so very nice and courteous. They wore disposable booties inside the house and they showed up ready for work when they promised. I think this company is a bit pricier than others we've used, but we've never had such as good a job done (and they are licensed and bonded) so it was well worth it for us. I had Clearview window cleaning come out and clean my windows on a very cold day; December 1st, the workers worked very hard and did me a great job very happy with their work they called me and told me they would be here in 20 minutes to give me a heads up. Guys look very professional in their uniforms and very polite, before the started they did a walk around the home to see if I needed hard water removed or screens replaced and let me know .Did the job professionally no complaints at all.
