I had several consults with their team around this and they explicitly knew it was vinyl. Immediately after they painted the painting, started to warp bad all over the side of the house. The team that came out included a Sherwin-Williams specialist to assess the problem. Both were nice and professional and said they would get back to me within six weeks (this was summer 2024). No one got back to me or answered my calls for months. Literally months. I would call and leave voicemails with no response all while my house looks terrible. Fast-forward to February 2025 I call and get their general manager by chance. He tells me " well we wouldn't normally paint vinyl" and that he would look into it. This company is so disorganized and for the amount of money that it cost to have your house painted, people deserve better than this.

Smile a mile came to paint our house which was built in early 20's it is 2 stories and has cedar…read moresiding on it, first they sent a couple guys out to pressure wash the house and all they did was blast water on it that didn't remove the peeling paint on the house, they didn't even get their ladders out, they screwed on every extension they could find on the washer. painters came and wouldn't scrape the peeled paint so they sent the wash boys back with a more powerful washer and once again, no ladders and they stacked as many extensions on the pressure wand to the point it looked like a fishing pole with a salmon on it the way it was bending with no control, then they put a rotary nozzle on it and completely shredded my cedar siding to the point it exposed the underlayer behind siding in some places, they ripped up a screen, flooded my basement and got water in the house to the point my ceiling is dropping plaster on my television, they hit my kitchen vent with it and bent it so it wont open or close so now bees can get in my kitchen exhaust fan (and they just painted over it with out replacing). They left all the old paint that they blew off with a pressure washer and what the painters scraped on my roof, so now it's plugged up my new $4000 leaf guard gutter covers. all they did to fix the huge gouges in my siding was slap some DAP on it and it looks horrible, the damage they did should of required replacing the cedar siding, my trim is already popping off the house and they didn't even pound in the nail heads in. my gable ends have nice big vents that god knows how much water they blasted in my attic.. it was a blow and go paint job they should of taken more time to do it right instead they made my house look ghetto.. Force Power Washing was hired to clean my apartment building today. They haven't gone through and…read morechecked for vents or done any kind of prep work. The guy spraying water just wets everything down and moves on. He just sprayed directly under my door and made a huge puddle. When I opened the door and said, "Hey, your spraying water all around my door!" He pulled a real attractive face and said sarcastically, "Sorry." and moved about 10 feet down (without washing anything else) and continued spraying water. There is still dirt all over the building, even where he did spray, because he didn't actually bother to see if anything came clean. He is just getting the building wet and collecting his money. Also, the photos on his website and pulled from Google images. The really impressive one of the cedar roof is from a website about how to care for cedar roofs. He's a tool who doesn't actually care about doing a good job. He thought there was some easy money to be made, and apparently he's right. I have pictures of my "clean" building, but I don't see a way to post them. You'll have to trust me. It's still filthy. Getting the dirt wet didn't do anything but create mud splatters on the lower part of the building. Please don't hire this company.

I got a call Monday afternoon asking if he could come by Fourth of July at 8 AM. I said oh you're working on a holiday? He said oh yeah. I said, you're not gonna charge me more because of the holiday? He said oh no. So the fourth came. 8 o'clock came nobody showed up. 8:30 came I texted to see if he was going to show up? I heard nothing. So I called him at 9 AM and said are you coming over? You said you'd be here at 8 and now it's 9 o'clock. He said I am on my way. I was pulling weeds in the rocks in my yard before he got here. When he did show up, he started digging a hole and I commented that I had a lot of weeds in my rocks this year and started pulling the weeds while he was digging. He quietly mentioned that he used to work for JD and Sons when he came over to give me a bid. I told him I had had interactions with JD & Sons before moving here. They never showed up. He then loudly said JD and SON! I said yeah, JD and Sons. He again looked over at me and loudly said SON with extra emphasis on the N. Not plural. He then said sarcastically, that's my DAD you're talking about! Oh, then I quickly corrected him and said, "I wasn't saying anything bad about him! I wasn't saying anything bad about him. And I didn't. I turned around and continued to pick at some of the weeds and he filled the hole back up with the dirt, turned around and picked up his bucket and a shovel. He walked away and he said, "you have a nice day" and I said what did I do? I didn't do anything. What did I do? So then he goes online and bashes me and makes up stories. I don't appreciate that, so this is not a business I would ever deal with. Like father like son, his dad walked off the job and refused to do it for no reason (at a house I lived at before I moved to this one) other than he would never call us back or show up and when my ex asked him about it, why he would never call us back, got mad and said I'm not doing the job and said fu** you and walked away. They both had a really bad attitude and that's not the way to do business. He told me he doesn't advertise. He just goes by word of mouth. And this mouth is going to put the word out. Do not use this business. I haven't written a bad review in a long time. I love writing good reviews, but this guy made it impossible.

My husband had to remind the workers that they forgot to clean the inside of a couple of the windows. They tracked mud and dirt inside the house, left a mess when cleaning the outside tracks, and broke a sliding glass door screen. Plus, out three sliding glass doors screens did not get cleaned at all. When informing the owner, he just ignored me as I expected a rebate or an offer to fix the screen. They did a terrible job and I would never recommend this company.
