He worked with the Benton County inspector to come up with a plan and alternatives and executed the plan in one day. (Jason saved us over $3K compared to another bidder who would have had us out of our house for three days but in town so we could give him a check immediately upon completion). Tri-City Plumbing has replace our hot water tank, replaced a toilet, and supplied a new water conditioner at our house. Was quoted a price but told that the price was going to go up after May 1st. I Was a little miffed that the scheduler couldn't give me an estimate of how much...$20 increase? $50? Double? She told me nobody there knew how much the increase would be and that the owner would be letting them know after the first. I tentatively made an appointment and requested a call back to at least know what it would be. No call...so I called this morning. Asked what the price would be for my appointment in a few days. Again, I was told that they didn't know. So I asked if the price of $250 would be the same then? She told me, no...there is definitely going to be an increase and someone would have to call me back in the afternoon. After no call again and such poor customer service and follow-up I just gave up and canceled my appointment. Just ridiculous.
