However on the second go around, I had not heard anything for 2 weeks after contacting them. I sent an email asking if they had any idea when they would be able to make it and was told about a week out. Ok, I was good with that. I understand that in the spring and early summer that are going to be busy. 2 weeks ...still nothing. I sent an email stating I would try to find someone else to do the work. No reply. Everyone I've talked to recommended Gamache and said what a good job they did. Did I just fall through the cracks? Update: So...after 6 weeks and writing the review above, I was finally contacted about doing my repairs. They were able to get out the same day and the repairs were completed. Was contacted afterwards to see if the repairs were satisfactory. Replied that the were and was very happy with them. Was then asked to take down my original review! Really??? Stated that I would update. Couple of days later I received a call asking if I had received the statement. Huh? Yeah, I got it and it's in the mail. Gotta say....5 stars for the repairs (Jesse was great!)...1 star for the customer service. Never been asked to take down a review before.

We had Royal Holland do a major remodel a year ago. And have used them for 3 more projects since…read more The first one was to paint the exterior of our Richland B house. (It looks great!) The second project was to sand blast the original Douglas fir interior doors, to remove the multiple layers of old paint and repaint them and rehang them. Keeping the original doors was important to us. Third project was to fix 3 posts on our front porch railing. This consisted of rotor hammering the concrete out from around the footing of the posts and welding new sections on and then resetting them in concrete. This project made the porch rails better and stronger than ever! Good quality work by John Cox and crew. We highly recommend Royal Holland. Great for big jobs and small. They do it all.

My wife and I were fortunate in finding Sesar and his wife Ziara to help us with Tree Removal…read moreservices. This is the second time we've used them and these two are METICULOUS! I've never seen anything like their quality and care with an exemplary note to detail. This last job was removing 2 full grown Junipers mistakenly planted by previous owners in a space with little to no room for error as you can see from the photos. I even ok'd it with the joining neighbor to come over to their side of the fence to clean up any strays afterwards but... not a single branch fell over the fence even though you can see most of our two trees hung over to the neighbors side! Sesar and Ziara are miraculous, kind and really great to speak with and work with. I'll not hire or even think of hiring anyone other than In & Out Services, their price is fair, work is perfect and work area is always left cleaned up. I took a Time Lapse of the process (https://www.youtube.com/shorts/gdfr5v-Oe_8), with permission, so I could witness how this was even possible and so others could see their work and consider them. We've never been more pleased with the outcome of a hire out that didn't come from a recommendation. We took a chance and won the lottery of amazing Handy Work!
