My yard was overrun and needed replanting. It took almost a month before they were able to start the peoject, and only after i had to contact them several times asking when the work would begin. There were some delays that were not their fault, but there were also several commitments that they failed to meet and had to reschesule on me. They never let me know ahead of time that work would not be able to be completed. They would just miss their commitment and then i was left to contact them and find out the reason. After the initial work was finished, they were supposed to continue with weed control. They never showed up again. The manager contacted me several times inquiring about my lawn. Every time i told him weeds were growing back strong. The week of the 4th of july, i sent him a picture of my overgrown yard. At this point it was worse than before they dis the first job because the weeds were being watered. He said he would have someone over to pull weeds or mowz but again nobody showed on the agreed date. My yard was an absolute mess for the holiday weekend. After that i cut ties with this company and will never do business again. The wasted my time as a customer by telling me they could meet my needs, but completely fell flat on providing the actual service. Dont waste your time with this company. Their hands are too full to take care of you. ​

We had a plumber replace our water softener and whole house water filter. But he didn't install the sediment filter, as we found it with left over parts. I had to call back and ask why it wasn't installed and told "because of space and the need to rework pipes". I guess it was just inconvenient so wasn't done. What!!?? Kind of an important step when in a well. Don't feel I can trust these folks at this point. Ehhh.

They made sure that I was fully aware of all that they were doing and that we were okay with everything. Within an hour during their second visit (only two due to approval needed from our apartments) they had my wall cut, new parts installed, hot water running super well, and were cleaning up every bit of mess they made! During every interaction they were the most respectful men I think I've ever had in my place and they never once made me feel in any way uncomfortable! 10000% would have them fix my plumbing needs again!! Recommending to everyone!!!
