He worked with the Benton County inspector to come up with a plan and alternatives and executed the plan in one day. (Jason saved us over $3K compared to another bidder who would have had us out of our house for three days but in town so we could give him a check immediately upon completion). They sent two plumbers and I was ok with the $105 diagnosis charge. I was actually ok when they told me their charge for 2 was $350 per hour. What I didn't understand was a minimum of 1 hour. It ended up costing over $ 500 for a less than half hour job. It bothered me a lot and I called the next day to tell them how I felt about it. No call back from manager. No future business from me. There are other plumbers who charge for the actual time they work.

Very poor work, very poor response to problems, and absolute disregard for quality. A job began in February is still not finished in August. Sloppily done and no regard for our wishes or the work he made a bid to do. Also wanted the money up front! Do not use!!
