Avoid Leggari Products - Overpriced, Poor Quality, and Zero Accountability I spent over $9,000 on Leggari's white epoxy floor system for an indoor installation, following all of their procedures to the letter -- including using their recommended WB Urethane Topcoat and installing in a climate-controlled space with no UV exposure. Within weeks, the white epoxy began turning yellow, completely ruining the look I paid for. I reached out to my sales rep immediately after noticing the issue -- and was completely ignored. When I contacted customer service, they shifted blame, citing a warranty exclusion for white epoxy -- even though I used their own topcoat and followed all prep, mix, and install steps exactly. Their response was dismissive, robotic, and offered no real resolution. Even worse: the touch-up epoxy I got from a local store (which Leggari recommended for repairs) hasn't yellowed at all -- clearly pointing to a defective epoxy in my original order. But instead of standing behind their "premium" product, they chose to hide behind fine-print disclaimers. Bottom line: Leggari markets itself as a high-end, reliable epoxy company, but the quality doesn't match the price -- and their customer service disappears the moment you report a problem. I was left with a floor I hate and no support whatsoever. Save your money. Go with a company that actually honors its warranties and cares about its customers. I wish I could give this company 10 stars. You won't find a more user friendly Epoxy out there. Time and time again I've poured unique gorgeous countertops for myself, a house I sold a few years ago, my in laws kitchen and my moms bathrooms too! ALWAYS a glass smooth perfect finish with minimal effort, no heat gun required. Hands down best epoxy I've ever used. I'm so excited to try their new deep pour resin that I ordered and received recently! Even better than the products is their PHENOMENAL customer service. I ran into an issue mid project today and needed tech support to figure out how to proceed. Within minutes of messaging them, I received a call from Tylor himself (literally the guy you see in so many of their instructional videos teaching how to use their products) and he had the answers to my problem. I needed more epoxy, and he personally made sure it would be over nighted to me so I can complete my project in the timeframe I needed to Im a customer for life now. read more

I've been doing epoxy for several years using different products and can say this is a low quality problematic product. All the epoxy needs to be run through a paint strainer before using or you'll run the risk of chunks and lumps in your finished job. That's something I've never had to do with other brands. There have been multiple times where there's been issues with the product and leggari just tells you to buy more. THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE, THEY SCREEN THEIR CALLS! That's a pretty bad sign in my opinion! When you can get them on the phone they badger you, yell at you and make any excuse to not stand behind their product. I've had 2 times where we followed their video to try new tech they describe. When we ran into issues and called, they said the product isn't designed for that application. How can a company put out a instructional video then after you purchase claim you can't use the product for that application. They take your money, let you make a mess then offer no replacement product or solution beyond you buying more from them. Worst support, highest prices, crap product read more

Let me first say, I watched every video and had an epoxy application viewing session for all the people that helped me. Everyone knew their job and did it right. I laid down the prep placement and WB Primer per the instructions. we started mixing epoxy at 0715 in a 76 degree garage. Conditions were perfect. We troweled the first section, put down the veins and mixed them in. ( no problems) the second section the base coat started developing spots where the metallic flakes were repelled on the floor and created dimples ( just in the color) Every other section developed these too. It looked like we threw down salt or something. I contacted Leggari and they blamed it on me, now I could see it if all the sections were bad, but the first section was awesome. The product developed a chemical reaction and they don't want to own up to it. The floor looks like crap and it's 5K down the drain. I am also very disappointed with the product and the service after the fact. BTW they have a PDF with all the things that can happen after the product is put down, so they are aware their products are not 100% they just won't stand by them on the back end. read more

WOW. My mind is absolutely blown away by the concrete countertop kits. I've purchased 2 so far, and don't tell Leggari, but I used them to redo the floors in two bathrooms in my house. They are amazing! It's not the easiest task in the world, but with a little bit of patience and a whole lot of reading their great online directions, this is something 98% of home DIYers can do on their own. AMAZING look at a fraction of the costs I would have paid to have someone do this for me. Totally durable, incredible quality, amazing look, and a great support team that has answered about 15 hypotheticals from me: So what if I did _______? Could I instead use _______? I am very disappointed with this company. After looking at many tutorials and after working with some similar epoxy from stonecoat.com I decided to try leggari epoxy out. I had to order twice the website coverage guidelines was not for a single item purchased which I was informed after I ran into the problem. So I ended up paying over $50 in Shipping cost. I can accept that, what I could not accept is that this company did not send any instructions with the product and I was unable to finish the job because the epoxy start to heat up rapidly in about 10 minutes. So about 1/4 of the epoxy was not usable. Customer service informed me that only entire kits come with instructions and that's is not acceptable even while ordering and talking with this company over the phone they never informed me that I would not be given instructions or that I needed to go to the site for the instructions for applying.
