As soon as the damage was detected (June 2025), we contacted Great Floors and are advised they only provide a 1 year warranty. One year on a complete shower remodel? A shower should MANY MANY more years than this! The estimate to repair is more than $7,000 because the subcontractor also took the extra tile and of course it's discontinued. Our entire remodel cost well over $30,000. Customers should expect better treatment than this. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
