Vendor has not returned our calls or attempted to honor the promises and guarantees we were given.

He promised to start with the floor but left one guy all day who tiled the wall instead -- completely wrong. The waterproofing was skipped, and the shower floor had to be dug up and redone. Worse, this person wasn't even on Edgar's regular crew -- he just found someone to fill in because he didn't have enough help. Edgar never checked the work and didn't realize the guy even brought his girlfriend along to "keep him company." The job was sloppy, unorganized, and ended up costing me more time and money. The grey water has long dried up & after 5 weeks is still there.
