One of the owners was present and said he can't control his help and left without addressing the damage. Cassandra is also an owner and did not answer any calls or messages when i reached out. Avoid Leggari Products - Overpriced, Poor Quality, and Zero Accountability…read more I spent over $9,000 on Leggari's white epoxy floor system for an indoor installation, following all of their procedures to the letter -- including using their recommended WB Urethane Topcoat and installing in a climate-controlled space with no UV exposure. Within weeks, the white epoxy began turning yellow, completely ruining the look I paid for. I reached out to my sales rep immediately after noticing the issue -- and was completely ignored. When I contacted customer service, they shifted blame, citing a warranty exclusion for white epoxy -- even though I used their own topcoat and followed all prep, mix, and install steps exactly. Their response was dismissive, robotic, and offered no real resolution. Even worse: the touch-up epoxy I got from a local store (which Leggari recommended for repairs) hasn't yellowed at all -- clearly pointing to a defective epoxy in my original order. But instead of standing behind their "premium" product, they chose to hide behind fine-print disclaimers. Bottom line: Leggari markets itself as a high-end, reliable epoxy company, but the quality doesn't match the price -- and their customer service disappears the moment you report a problem. I was left with a floor I hate and no support whatsoever. Save your money. Go with a company that actually honors its warranties and cares about its customers. I would never recommend Leggari to anyone.
