He was upfront about the cost ($200), which is very competitive (some places around here charge $300+!) and he was in and out in roughly 40 min, after showing me how to let it properly dry with my escape-artist cat lurking about. I found him very professional, trustworthy, and good with my animals, which is always a plus. He was also very responsive via text, which was perfect for me. The only slightly negative thing was how long it took to book an appointment, but I don't blame him.
