I'm getting fed up with Perfection Glass. They were once the premier glass shop in the Tri-Cities but the quality of their service has deteriorated. They installed two large windows in my house and the grid work between the two panes rattles every time I shut themdoor to the garage. I called to complain and they passed the buck to the manufacturer who passed the buck to Perfection. When I called to speak to a manager he was out and I was assured he would call soon, and so far, no call. I spent a lot of money with them and deserve better. read more

Sliding doors are great after a couple missing pieces were installed day after install. Installers were nice but hit our dish from improper transport to work area & we were w/o dish for a week 1/2. Manager called & didn't seem concerned & had a sorry about your luck attitude...she didn't care about that just wanted to know doors were done and working. Very underwhelming in the follow up of project. So product good customer service poor, they obviously don't care if a mistake is made I think the biggest thing is the poor attitude and lack of concern. Customer is always wrong apparently...they really missed an opportunity here!!! read more

Great experience from quote to install. Kept us informed and the installers made sure we knew all about our storm door operation.

We paid $8000.00 for a new front door package. Took months to get the door. Then 3 more months to get the sidelight so I had some attractive plywood on the front of my house that long. Then not 2 months in the glass we had installed broke. Now we have been waiting for another 2 months for that to get repaired. Randall the salesman and Brittney some office help are rude, won't return calls or emails. And I have a broken window now for 4 months and no one cares. All told my entire project with them was $31000.00. I wish I had gone to Anderson windows instead. Once Perfection has your money their service stops. I used them like 13 years ago and had a better salesman and a much better outcome. Truly wish I had gone elsewhere. Never again. They suck!!!! read more

Wouldn't recommend this company. Schedule an appointment to get a quote on installing a new slider door for my basement as well as order new clips for several window screens. Steve L came out and took down dimensions ect and left. I gave him my contact info and he said he would get the clips ordered and email me the quote for the screen door. Never heard back. I called the office a little over a week later and the receptionist was apologetic and said she would talk to Steve and contact me back right away. Never heard back. Poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

I needed one window for a small remodel. Went with perfection because they could get it in the quickest. deadline came and went without a call, was told, after I called them, that it would be on the next weeks truck. didn't show up and no call. The city wouldn't let the job continue without window installed , so I basically lost three weeks, wondering if I actually had a window coming. When I asked to speak with one of the owners (Robert) was told that they would have salesman Randell call. nothing. this used to be such a very well run and great community orientated company. very sad to see it has fallen so far. read more

Installers changing windows are very rude to customers. Have a not my problem attitude while on the job site while dealing with customers/tenants. Charge labor fees for time that's not used. Up charge for glass taxing customers for profit. Shop around for a more friendly cost effective experience. read more

I contacted Perfection Glass to provide an estimate to install seven triple-pane windows in my house. Perfection sent out an estimator soon after making contact. I was provided the estimate within a few days and made the decision to accept the bid. Perfection ordered the new windows and scheduled the install. The crew that showed up to install the windows were professional and installed the windows in about seven hours, including new window trim. Hopefully I won't need to replace anymore windows, but if I do, I will call Perfection Glass. read more

Perfection was recommended to us by a few people. Everything went well at first. The owner came out for an estimate and was quick and efficient. However, a week later we called to ensure that we ordered what we wanted. My husband spoke to someone who told us that the windows were not what we wanted. My husband stated there must have been a miscommunication and asked If we could change them. (Now I realize it was my fault for not clarifying at the time but I was distracted by a needy 1 year old.) The person he spoke with told him there was NO miscommunication and that we could order other windows but would still have to pay for the first two. Now I have two windows in my backyard and am out quite a bit of money that honestly we cant afford but will have to make it work. Not only that one of my windows trim is crooked and I was told they would have to come reinstall the large window as it wasn't safety glass. This was something I wasn't made aware of until a week later when they called to schedule the reinstallation. All I can say is I am disappointed in how this was handled and how we were treated. read more

Perfection glass is the worse company that I have ever done business with. I have working in customer service for a long time and this company fails on all levels. They are only concerned about the money they are making not the costumer. We ordered windows from them for our entire house. We told them from the beginning that we would be installing them ourselves and asked them to give us the windows fully framed so they were easy to install. The sales person Tim insured us that is what we were going to be getting but still tried to push the install on us even though we had refused several times. We ordered the windows, which they never had us sign for or checked with us to make sure that we wanted what they ordered. When the windows came they were conveniently the wrong windows that we would need help to install. We told them that they were wrong and they told us that we were wrong and that we had never had that conversation with Tim, basically calling us liars. They refused to take the windows back because they were custom and basically left us high and dry. I went and talked to Robert, I was told he was the manager, and he said that he would send someone out the next day to basically show us how wrong we were, and that we had gotten what we ordered. I said fine and the next day they called and told me they weren't coming because they had a holiday party to attend. At this point I was so much more then done with them. He again told me that they would call on Monday to set up a time to come show us the windows. Monday came and no phone call. They didn't call until a week later, by this time we had already called another company who stepped up to help us. The staff at perfection glass needs to take classes in costumer service. Twice they made promises to us that they never fulfilled. I will never recommend them and I will never use them for any of our other properties. read more
