This company is horrible. The wood quality is awful, our fence latch broke once and now where the…read morehinge is attached broke because they were cheap and lazy and added a bunch of small pieces of wood that make no sense. Most of my fence is already falling apart after less than 2 years of it being up but the gate is just over a year old now. The grass that was placed is constantly dying and isn't level in the slightest. they placed it down on uneven ground and over huge rocks which has created huge holes once the grass settled and I've nearly sprained my ankle many times. My lawn mower blade stopped because it hit a rock that was very close to the surface. Not only was the grass placed over uneven ground, there was also trash, nails which were rusty, and huge chunks of wood. Some of the sprinklers weren't properly placed and one got destroyed by my lawn mower so I had to replace it- which I planned on doing anyway since the sprinklers they install are completely cheap and they either placed too many in one area so it floods or they don't reach everything and my grass is constantly dying. I am not the only one with these issues. There are over 20 people I've talked to so far in my neighborhood. I could go on forever. I should mention after my complaints throughout the years of dealing with this company, they fixed SOME of the rock under the grass issue and fixed the gate latch. The gate latch was fixed when I extended some fencing and later found out that since their wood is so cheap, the previous wood gets thrown away even if it's less than a year old. makes a ton of sense. Don't use this company- buyer be warned!

I'm very disappointed with the quality of work from Vinewood Hardscapes. The fence installation had…read moremultiple workmanship issues that should have been caught before the job was considered complete. The biggest problem is that the gates do not line up properly when they close, making them difficult to use. Both gate latches also fail to close correctly. I even asked them to fix one latch because it was originally installed on the outside of the fence, but it still doesn't function properly after their attempt to correct it. The overall craftsmanship is poor. The spacing between the fence boards is inconsistent throughout the entire fence, with some gaps much wider than others. It gives the fence an unprofessional appearance and makes it obvious that little attention was paid to detail. I expected much better workmanship for the amount of money I paid.

There were other miscellaneous repairs/projects that he completed at my home. I've had a major problem with birds constantly building a nest on top of my stucco post in front of my front door. He custom built a metal netting, painted it, and installed it on top of the post to deter the birds from building any more nests. It was awesome! Brad is someone who can custom build or repair almost anything. He's meticulous, always aiming for perfection, and makes sure you're happy with the outcome. When he is finished with the job he thoroughly cleans up the area. I would definitely hire Reliant Handywork again and highly recommend! You can trust Brad to get the job done right!

I said no it is not. They had to un-weld the hinges and added spacers on one side losing the powder coating on this section. They only used black spray paint. Fast forward to Winter 2022, my gate is leaning a bit that the bolt does not slide through the support hole. I now have to pry one side of the gate in order to open and close. I informed Ironesque, they said that it is caused by the freezing temperature and to wait until it warms up. They called me in the Spring to asked about it, I said that the gate is still not even. They said they will come-over and never did, it is now June 19th still no one called or came to my house. Go somewhere else and spend less, you may get the same result but at least you're not out thousands of dollars. Who knows, you get a better gate maker and installer for less. They may be nice people, but this is a business transaction. They really don't care after work is done. BTW, if you are still deciding on using them don't be so quick to pay half of the cost right away because it is not refundable.
