Just like the family and children that are being bullied. This work took over six months with many delays and re-dos. Now, only 3 years later, the shower floor is leaking. The subcontractor was Vadim Zolotnyuk, VZ Precise LLC. As soon as the damage was detected (June 2025), we contacted Great Floors and are advised they only provide a 1 year warranty. One year on a complete shower remodel? A shower should MANY MANY more years than this! The estimate to repair is more than $7,000 because the subcontractor also took the extra tile and of course it's discontinued. Our entire remodel cost well over $30,000. Customers should expect better treatment than this. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
