I refused that Repair, as I didn't believe it was necessary. I looked over each stone with the sales representative and held it up next to a brand new item when I returned to the store to pick it up, and neither one of us could see where there was a broken or worn piece of mother of pearl. This company does not stand by their product, and you can't rely on them for a simple repair without them trying to extort more money out of you. I refuse on principle, as this is my property and I have the right to repair it as I see fit . Terrible experience they've lost a customer .
