I walked in and first thing I noticed was the inside was very clean and very well put together. Then I was greeted and promptly asked what I needed done. I told the man what I was needing and he took my watches and said he had the batteries and could fix them in about in about 15 min total. I was charged $20 just to get the one link attached (no parts replaced). I came back after I had paid, once I realized the repair man put the links on backwards. He tried to claim that's how it was attached originally (it was not) and that it was impossible to not attach backwards (despite the fact one end was already attached CORRECTLY, on my own without tools, when I first brought it in). He must have taken it off and reattached both links. After I pointed this out, he tried to lie and say otherwise. He refused to reattach the band because it was "aftermarket", and that he would know because he had "real Rolex's" in the back. This shouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes to fix, but he was probably too lazy to do that since I already paid. I am incredibly dissatisfied with the service here and I would never trust them to repair a watch again.
