Dr. Ferris was thorough, discussing the benefits of braces for our pre-teen (not only from an esthetic standpoint but for his oral and health benefits as well.) He recommended we wait for molars to come in before getting started. The process has been smooth and we're kept on the loop every step of the way. The office staff is courteous and efficient- we've never had to wait long, if at all, for our appointment and the office has in house payment plans. If you're looking for more out of your orthodontist, Ferris Orthodontics is the superior choice!

Our daughter had an adjustment and her wires were digging into her cheek. It was extremely difficult to get an appointment to have them clipped (a 5 second appointment). She went days with her mouth bleeding and pain. There are always at least five people working yet no one ever doing anything. I'm so disappointed we chose this orthodontist. We are now transferring to a new office and have already been treated 1000 times better from the first visit. Avoid taking your child here!

09/30/26 - Went to these folks about a cracked tooth that required extraction and a bone graft. Not…read moregoing to lie, I was nervous. VERY nervous. Never had bone graft done before and wasn't really sure if I wanted to go through with it or not, but I had a really good doctor, Cesar Gonzalez and his wonderfully fantastic assistant Kiana, who had me relaxed and kept me assured that I was doing well during the procedure. I have had bad experiences with Naval dentists during my military career who would sooner hurt me than help me, so my trepidation regarding dentists has always been one of little trust. Dr. Gonzalez did his absolute best not to cause me an undue amount of pain, although my anxiety was pumping my adrenaline like it was going out of style, he did the injections with VERY minimal discomfort and kept reassuring me during the procedure that everything was running smoothly. His assistant, Kiana, aided in calming my nervousness and the procedure was over before I knew it. I was really amazed at how quick he was in removing the tooth and putting in the graft material. No pain from the sutures when I was done. Very compassionate dentist and assistant. Definitely worth going to if you too are nervous or anxious about dental work. Can't really say enough about how great they were with me. I still hate having injections in my mouth, but they did an excellent job of relaxing this crusty old Sailor and keeping me calm. Representative told me since it was end of day they couldn't guarantee someone to see me. I showed up at 4:41pm, 19 minutes before they closed and Rep told me the dentists can't see me. What??! It is an emergency! My roots are exposed and you're telling me I can't be seen??? I asked what do I do or where do I go....They didn't have an answer! Are you kidding me? Don't advertise that you take walk-ins or manage emergencies when you did neither for me today. AND if you are going to refuse a patient be prepared to tell a patient what they can do temporarily or where else to go. I will never return!

We called to set up the consult and our phone call was greeted by a very friendly voice of Chuck who helped get us scheduled. Everyone is so nice, **I should have gone into orthodontics, everyone is so happy here** We came in for the consult and were greeted with water and an awesome check-in experience. Vickie took us on a tour of the whole office which is state of the art, well organized, and beautiful. She helped us with a basic run-down of the experience as well as a little of her personal testimony about braces in general. Both were very helpful as we were clueless. We waited just a bit for Dr. K as she is working in Stone Oak as well for now. Both Vickie and Chuck were talkative and made us feel at home. Dr. K arrived and talked us through the options. She was so thorough and was making us feel understood. She allowed us to schedule the very next week and in order to save time, allowed us to do the pre-braces checklist for pictures and place spacers before we left to save us time. We are at the appointment now to place the braces. They have a variety of payment options to include: CareCredit, an in-house payment plan with down payment, and a percentage off of the total if paid in full. Not sure if this is a promotion but either way, great options. They do take Tricare and are considered in-network which is always a plus. Now for the amenities, I posted pictures which do it no justice but the facility has a brushing station, game room with free Pacman and a charging station for devices. Their medical equipment is top of line. NO GOOPY MOLDS!! They use 3D imaging and it's amazing to be able to see the potential end product. Their X-ray machine is new and very quick. I can't say enough about this place and its staff. We are so lucky to have found them while we are here. Highly Recommend!

As always, best service, smile, and these folks really are great with kids not just because they have to be, they just really are - my son had no fear and all went well. My son likes Dr. Ceaser and Dr. Ceaser is excellent at working with kids at each of their age levels. My son needed his smile desperately configured. He still had baby teeth at 14, many teeth impacting other teeth coming in and his bite was very low to his bottom teeth. We've been going here since April 2021, a little over a year, and in 3 weeks my son is going to be ready for his braces. His bite is corrected greatly, he no longer has to wear a permanent retainer in the top of his mouth, his baby teeth are gone, his impacted teeth are near all the way in, and all of this with zero pain, and a great rapport with my son. I lost the tooth during my career as an MMA fighter, and because it was so noticeable, it had always been a major source of embarrassment for me. I explained that I'm a father of three, work weekends at the restaurant while building my own business, and don't currently have insurance. Without hesitation, Beth told me they would find a way to work something out. I was scheduled for a fitting the following week, and only two short weeks later, I looked in the mirror and saw my smile without that huge gap for the first time in years. The honest approach to when to put braces on and how long to leave them on made this mom feel like part of the team. When I delayed treatment on one child for six months, they were happy to accommodate the change. The staff are friendly and sensitive to the time. Appointments are easy to make. The multiple locations make it much easier for a busy family to get in- when and where they need to be seen. The offices are always clean and welcoming. Plus, the staff remember to give the kids a school excuse :) Orthodontics are expensive and time consuming. It is a huge decision. Ferris dismissed the concerns and told me that my dentist was wrong. I've gotten two separate dentists opinions on it, and they both told me the same thing. Ferris Orthodontist continues to tell me that "the two other dentists were wrong and they have done it perfectly" (exact quote). They did not end up offering a solution and I felt like my thoughts and concerns were irrelevant to them. I felt disrespected and disregarded. Definitely not pleased with the service I payed for!
