Luci, the RDH, was patient, interactive, communicated everything she was doing and showed our daughter all the tools before using them, and really helped her feel at ease. They have a ton of amenities for littles (cute sunglasses for the bright light, fun toothbrushes, a prize box, etc.). Dr. Cami was attentive, gave us a lot of recommendations to help our daughter (who's very attached to her paci), and has a great perspective to prevent future major interventions. I asked Dr. Smith how can that be? 6 months ago I didn't have any.? To my regret . I had 3 fillings on 4/9 . Dr Smith was irritated I didn't opt for the gas. I'm unable to use this. It makes me sick. The 3 fillings were sensitive but was told it would pass. I had 3 more fillings filled on 4/30 because again they took my dental insurance. Dr. Smith was in a super hurry. Those 3 filling on right bottom are to date 6/5/24 so very sensitive I cannot tolerate anything cold. I have made contact by email & left message at office. I will be seeking another provider under Delta dental. Do not trust this issue will be solved by Dripping Springs Family Dental aka Dr. Smith
