Stay away! I am relocated for work a lot and have been to many dentists. 1st off his bedside manner is lacking. This dentist told me I had multiple cavities, after I have only had one my entire life. I just recently moved into the community across from Torc Dental and when I was afraid I'd chipped a tooth, I decided to call and make an appointment. I hate going to the dentist. As a musical theater performer, I immediately imagine Little Shop of Horrors and run screaming from my appointment reminders. (Really I'm just terrified of needles and anything poking me.) Well, embarrassingly enough, it turned out that I hadn't chipped a tooth and now I was on the hook for a cleaning. Y'all. I've never had a quicker, more thorough cleaning in my life! Oh and did I forget to mention my 4 month old baby? Yeah, not only were they fine with her coming with me but Dr. Tristan literally rocked her stroller while cleaning my teeth. Because he's amazing. Then it happened... two pregnancies in three years and a fear of dentistry had resulted in 7 cavities. I'd only ever had one filling before in my 34 years of life and now, SEVEN?! That one filling was a terrible experience and I was in so much pain...and they'd told me that was a tiny one. I prepared for the worst. I scheduled it and went in. Around the time I figured he was done cleaning and prepping the teeth he was actually completely finished. I don't what kind of magician dentist Dr. Tristan is but I am actually a little sad he knocked out all those fillings in one afternoon because I had to promise not to have any more issues until my 6 month cleaning... and I will miss him! And not just him but literally every human in that office. From the moment you walk in, everyone is amazing and helpful. Great conversation to put you at ease, knowledgeable about procedures and willing to bounce your baby while you get fixed up. I can't say enough amazing things about this entire dentists office and am, for the first time ever, looking forward to my next cleaning. This is the best dentist ive ever been to guys. Everyone there is so so nice and attentive and considerate. Theyve made getting my dental crown super quick and easy. Their office is gorgeous and always smells really nice. I got to pick what i wanted to watch on netflix during my procedure. Dr cheung is so funny and thorough and explains things well. My insurance is also based out of Seattle and just generally really difficult to deal with and they literally went and had to get something notarized for me. They go the extra mile. I opted out of numbing agents for my permanent crown placement, and I texted their scheduling phone number asking if pain afterwards was normal. They called me and checked in me, gave me advice and let me know if im not feeling better by tomorrow they'll see me right away. I honestly shouldnt have even been texting that number but I still got a response anyway. Also their equipment feels so high tech, those were the easiest dental xrays ive ever had. Put one small thing in my front teeth and then a big scanner just rotates around your head. So you dont have to do the awkward multiple bites in weird spots of your mouth while they take individual shots, like ive had other dentists use in the past. Really big fan of this place. read more

This is the best dental office experience I've ever had. I had a wisdom tooth that was bothering me and I needed to get extracted. I walked in and was greeted by Dana who is the nicest person you will ever meet! She Scheduled me a complementary consult with Dr Cheung right away (same day) who was so informative and patient while I asked him a million questions! I was able to schedule my removal the next day and didn't have to wait 2 weeks out like other local oral surgeons and dentists in the dripping area. The best part was he catered to my want to not be put under local anesthesia for the extraction. I was told I had to be put under anesthesia at other practices and with a one year old child to take care of this was not an option for me. the whole process was quick, professional and mostly painless! I will be sending everyone I know in to see Dr Cheung and his staff! They are amazing. read more

The professionalism and lovely demeanor from the front desk, to the courtesy and friendly conversation of the hygienist, I never once felt out of place or stressed. Then comes the doctor.
