In my experience, Dr. Reddy's management style was demeaning, condescending, abrasive, and intimidating. The way employees were spoken to and treated was extremely concerning. I also witnessed interactions with patients that I found unnecessarily condescending and disrespectful. Accountability was another major concern. Rather than taking responsibility for problems, blame often seemed to be shifted onto others. Employees were placed in roles they did not want and expected to take on responsibilities they had not agreed to, creating unnecessary stress and frustration. The overall work environment was tense and uncomfortable. Instead of fostering teamwork, mutual respect, and professional growth, the management approach contributed to division, stress, and intimidation. In my experience, employee turnover was also a significant concern. After dedicating three decades to the dental profession, I know the importance of strong leadership, respectful communication, and a healthy workplace culture. Employees deserve to be treated with dignity, and patients deserve to be treated with patience and respect. Unfortunately, my experience at Forest Springs Dentistry fell far short of those standards. I asked Dr. Smith how can that be? 6 months ago I didn't have any.? To my regret . I had 3 fillings on 4/9 . Dr Smith was irritated I didn't opt for the gas. I'm unable to use this. It makes me sick. The 3 fillings were sensitive but was told it would pass. I had 3 more fillings filled on 4/30 because again they took my dental insurance. Dr. Smith was in a super hurry. Those 3 filling on right bottom are to date 6/5/24 so very sensitive I cannot tolerate anything cold. I have made contact by email & left message at office. I will be seeking another provider under Delta dental. Do not trust this issue will be solved by Dripping Springs Family Dental aka Dr. Smith

I'm a wuss when it comes to pain, especially with dental work. When he shot the back of the gum with the local anesthesia, I didn't even feel a sting. He took several minutes administering the shot as he very slowly injected the anesthetic. He explained that the sting one normally feels is due to how fast the fluid is injected. The slower, the less the fluid parts gum tissue, and therefore less sting. Then, the tooth filling itself was a walk in the park. And my nerves are very sensitive! The true test was the rest of the day and following days after the anesthetic wore off. He sure found the right tooth with a filling that was loosening from years before that was starting to cause soreness. Now, I can chomp apples and anything else without babying the right side of my mouth. Dr. Whisenant is super patient and was happy to answer my questions without rushing answers and explanations. Great job Dr. Whisenant! You get an A+!
