It is evident from speaking to Dr. K that not only is she passionate about what she does, she is extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, she takes the time to speak to you. Everyone at Embrace has this same philosophy and you feel that the moment you walk in the door. I have been greeted by my name each time I walk in and no matter how busy it is, get prompt attention. We tried another orthodontist down the road that has great reviews and a lot of traffic. We ended up coming here for a second opinion because his pediatric dentist mentioned my son needing a spacer first. My biggest relief was the recommendation at embrace vs our first opinion. Here, I signed my son up right away. Dr K had a recommendation that made sense and it aligned with the dentist's observation. The first place was ready to put braces on my 10 yr old. Embrace matched his pedi dentist recommendation of a spacer while his baby teeth still needed time to fall out. I feel we are not just another in line for braces here, but rather here for a personalized and appropriate treatment plan. The great front staff, Tally and Stephanie, provide top notch service as well! Dr. K and Josie took time to know my son and ask him about his summer, hobbies, etc and related to him. I am so happy I was recommended to this dental office for my son. From the moment I walked in to this office I felt welcomed by the friendly and caring staff. I truly love the the inviting atmosphere to children and the comfort they bring to every child. I was even impress with how the staff train the children on routine task before they are seen by the Dr. Kalakech. The best part about this office is Dr.Kalakech! She exhibits the same professionalism of the staff. This is our second visit to embrace Ortho for my soon to be 8 year old. I can not express enough the level of professionalism and expertise this office displays. Our first visit was a consult and we were so impressed that we started our treatment plan that same day. Today's visit was no different, my daughter absolutely loves coming here and loves all the lovely staff that sincerely make us all feel like family. We have been extremely pleased with Embrace Orthodontics. Everyone we have encountered has been very friendly and great to work with. We went in for a consultation and they spent time with us to make sure we understood what needed to be corrected and how the process would work. Josi was great making sure all of our concerns were addressed. Dr. K was wonderful with my son. We have been impressed with the efficient, but unhurried feel.
