So when the practice was sold it broke our hearts but we kept coming because the staff was great: however this past year things have shifted . The staff isn't warm and kind ... it's weird. My oldest has always had issues with his teeth . He has a heart condition that causes teeth issues and he has adhd . They started asking me to do 3 month cleanings which I paid for some out of pocket ... but when he was 17 I said no more . He needed to be responsible and clean them well . The office refused to see him if I didn't schedule and pay out of pocket for a 3 month cleaning they wouldn't see him for the 6 month . What? Then my daughters needed some fillings and sealants done . They called to confirm and I said my youngest would be there but I wasn't sure about my other daughter since she had to be admitted to a psychiatric hospital. To which they said well if she isn't there it will be a charge for not cancelling 72 hours in advance . Maybe you want to cancel . I did cancel but am floored that it's 2022 and we are pretending that mental health isn't important ? So if my daughter was admitted the day before her dentist appointment y'all would charge me a fee for not cancelling 72 hours in advance ?!?! I was appalled so I called back to talk to a manager . Which was pointless . She said yes that's our policy and she's just trying to relay the policy to you , I stated that mental health is unavoidable and that if my daughter is under psychiatric care it isn't my decision nor do I know when she will be released. But that suicide is serious and I can't believe that she would have her staff be so calloused and unkind about mental health issues . She basically told me I was being sensitive because of my situation and it's just an office policy , then said are you there. I said yes I am just really and she hung up the phone. This is disgusting . It is appalling . You are a pediatric dentist who cares more about keeping all appointments full. I understand policy but there is also humanity . Seriously DO BETTER

We arrived on time, completed all paperwork, and then waited approximately 30 minutes before anyone spoke with us about the office's procedures. After that, we waited another 20-30 minutes simply to make a payment for x-rays. We were then informed there would be an additional wait before the dentist could see my children. At that point, after already spending nearly an hour there, I requested a refund because the delays were excessive and there had been very little communication. Interestingly, as soon as the refund process began, we were suddenly told that we could be taken back immediately. Unfortunately, the wait times continued. We spent over another hour completing cleanings and x-rays, yet still had not seen the dentist. Our total visit lasted well over 2 1/2 hours for a routine pediatric dental appointment. The most frustrating part was not even the wait itself--it was the lack of communication. At no point did anyone provide updates, explain the delays, or give realistic expectations regarding how long the process would take. Families with young children deserve better communication and respect for their time. I will give credit where it's due: the office is very cute and child-friendly, with activities to keep kids entertained, and the dental technician who worked with my children was incredibly kind and professional. She was the highlight of the visit. However, the poor scheduling, excessive wait times, and lack of communication made this one of the most frustrating medical appointments I've experienced. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this office to other parents.

They are not about making money and pulling teeth for no reason... literally our experience here. When several people told us my child's teeth would most definitely be pulled. The Dr. here told us it would be fine, and the teeth would come out on their own. And they did. This is our second time here. The staff are super friendly and know how to be kid friendly and are great with kids too. My son use to be afraid of dr appointments but after his first visit here, he is always excited to come back. The Dr. gives a quarter at the end of the cleaning for a prize out of the toy dispenser. My son is always happy coming and leaving this place.

I strongly advise avoiding this dental office due to unprofessionalism and unethical billing practices. This was my second time bringing my girls here, and it WILL BE the last. I waited over 30 minutes after my appointment for Rafael to speak with me about the balance on my account. I work hard to provide for my family, and being blindsided with an outstanding balance six months after their initial treatment was unacceptable. The office never contacted me about the issue, and instead of taking responsibility for their failure to communicate, Rafael claimed it was my responsibility to track insurance claims and balance was no big deal. Rather than him addressing their clear lack of professionalism, he told me it was my responsibility and "find another dentist." Instead of resolving the issue, this dismissive and unprofessional response shows his priority to avoid accountability over ensuring his clients are treated with respect and fairness. Billing transparency and clear communication are basic expectations in any healthcare setting, and this office has failed miserably on both counts. If you value honesty, professionalism, and reliable dental care, I would highly recommend staying FAR AWAY from this place and find a more ethical and client-centered practice. I called in to schedule an appointment in the mid-May, and I told them very clearly I have Tricare dental and asked them if they accept Tricare. They said yes they do accept Tricare and then set up my appointment on June 22. I showed up and checked in, then the front desk asked me to pay $100 copay, I told them Tricare covers 100% on the annual exam and x-ray and cleaning twice a year. Then they told me oh we are NOT in the Tricare network and you need to pay a copay $100! WHAT!!! WHY DID NOT TELL ME ON THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED THE FIRST TIME???!!!! I said then I do not want to proceed with the appointment and about to walk out, the manager saw that I was about to leave, she said oh I can just bill your insurance and waive the copay, since you are already here, I do not want to turn you away. We will just do the x-ray and you can take the images to another dental which is in the network. I accepted and proceeded with the x-ray. I was SO WRONG!! I really really should have left! Later of the day I found another dentist on Tricare Dental Program website and called them and told them what happened earlier today. I was told that: 1) they would need to do their own full mouth X-ray and not accepting what other dentist has done due to liability 2) Tricare only covers full mouth x-ray once every year, I would need to pay out of pocket for the second one. This place wants to make money so bad that they totally abused my insurance coverage! They knew clearly I had Tricare and they could not do any cleaning or needed treatment for me! The Dentist went into detail with me for what her plan is along with having me get clearance from my ob since I am pregnant. She was great with my daughter & very warm and easy to talk to. No run around on the plan or trying to get more money for unneeded procedures. My first procedure will take place in two weeks but based off this first impression of them, I am pleased! I hope the procedure will be as easy as today's visit was. Also once I left I got a call from one of the girls wanting to go over the details of my insurance plan and to make sure I got the most out of my yearly allowance. She went in depth and broke down all pricing for me which was a great gesture! They are new but so far so good!
