I strongly advise avoiding this dental office due to unprofessionalism and unethical billing practices. This was my second time bringing my girls here, and it WILL BE the last. I waited over 30 minutes after my appointment for Rafael to speak with me about the balance on my account. I work hard to provide for my family, and being blindsided with an outstanding balance six months after their initial treatment was unacceptable. The office never contacted me about the issue, and instead of taking responsibility for their failure to communicate, Rafael claimed it was my responsibility to track insurance claims and balance was no big deal. Rather than him addressing their clear lack of professionalism, he told me it was my responsibility and "find another dentist." Instead of resolving the issue, this dismissive and unprofessional response shows his priority to avoid accountability over ensuring his clients are treated with respect and fairness. Billing transparency and clear communication are basic expectations in any healthcare setting, and this office has failed miserably on both counts. If you value honesty, professionalism, and reliable dental care, I would highly recommend staying FAR AWAY from this place and find a more ethical and client-centered practice. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and entirely avoidable, and I hope no one else endures such poor treatment.

The staff from Ms. Priscilla at the front office to Dr. B everyone was absolutely amazing! Everyone is so cheerful, courteous, and they have excellent bedside manner. Our kiddo has had horrible experiences elsewhere, which also resulted in poorly done procedures. Dr. Brandon put our son at ease and has made him more comfortable with coming to the dentist! In fact he now ASKS to come to the dentist. Unfortunately they aren't in our "network," so we do pay more out of pocket at times, but the care is superb and we will stick with Treetop for as long as possible!

He said he was going to gas my son and put him under, because pulling the baby tooth would be too traumatic for my son. He said this in front of my very sensitive son and my wife. I am a middle school teacher, with training in childhood trauma and I have worked with CPS and as a trauma team liason and this doctor had the audacity to imply that my wife and myself were trying to traumatize our child, in front of our child. Worse, to try and guilt us as parents into allowing A TRAUMATIC AND UNNECESSARY PROCEDURE ON OUR INNOCENT CHILD, so they could justify billing us more. I wonder how many childhood psychology degrees are on the walls in this office? The LAST thing you do is tell a child that they are traumatized if you are unqualified to do so. Certainly though, the staff lacks manners and common decency. If you want to scar your children and have your basic parenting questioned so that these people can use your child like a walking dollar sign, please, take your child here. Dr. Ferris was thorough, discussing the benefits of braces for our pre-teen (not only from an esthetic standpoint but for his oral and health benefits as well.) He recommended we wait for molars to come in before getting started. The process has been smooth and we're kept on the loop every step of the way. The office staff is courteous and efficient- we've never had to wait long, if at all, for our appointment and the office has in house payment plans. Rheya at the front desk was welcoming and efficient, and the office itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. Dr. Samaniego took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly before starting any work. They were so gentle and patient, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The hygienist Erica was equally fantastic--thorough but careful, and super friendly too. As well, as Jose, Kathy who did some of my scans and X-rays. This was honestly the first time I've left a dental appointment feeling relaxed and even happy! It's clear that they truly care about their patients and take pride in what they do. Military families! Stay away from this dental clinic and they are NOT in the network of Tricare…read moreDental Program! They literally scammed me!!! I called in to schedule an appointment in the mid-May, and I told them very clearly I have Tricare dental and asked them if they accept Tricare. They said yes they do accept Tricare and then set up my appointment on June 22. I showed up and checked in, then the front desk asked me to pay $100 copay, I told them Tricare covers 100% on the annual exam and x-ray and cleaning twice a year. Then they told me oh we are NOT in the Tricare network and you need to pay a copay $100! WHAT!!! WHY DID NOT TELL ME ON THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED THE FIRST TIME???!!!! I said then I do not want to proceed with the appointment and about to walk out, the manager saw that I was about to leave, she said oh I can just bill your insurance and waive the copay, since you are already here, I do not want to turn you away. We will just do the x-ray and you can take the images to another dental which is in the network. I accepted and proceeded with the x-ray. I was SO WRONG!! I really really should have left! Later of the day I found another dentist on Tricare Dental Program website and called them and told them what happened earlier today. I was told that: 1) they would need to do their own full mouth X-ray and not accepting what other dentist has done due to liability 2) Tricare only covers full mouth x-ray once every year, I would need to pay out of pocket for the second one. This place wants to make money so bad that they totally abused my insurance coverage! They knew clearly I had Tricare and they could not do any cleaning or needed treatment for me! Even they waived the $100 copay but they submitted $$$ claim to my insurance! Yeah, they got paid from insurance! Now I have to pay for another X-ray out of pocket! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING PLACE!!!

Everyone there is relaxed, polite, pleasant and will help the patient with any anxiety, etc. We recommend them without any reservations. My husband and I can't continue with Dual Arc Dental because they no longer submit the full bill to the insurance company and after that amount is paid the patient pays the balance. Sometimes we cannot afford to pay up front so we located another practice recommended by a friend which will submit the bill to our insurance and allow us to pay the balance. We understand that Dual Arc made a business decision and we wish them the best. Try them and you will be impressed with the high level of dental help.
