It smells so good and my skin is plump and hydrated. The other one the peptide. Not sure. Got a Groupon for Photo facial, a package of four so I know I have to come back to this place. I had to be sure of the place is "acceptable". It was more than just acceptable, I really like the soothing and calming atmosphere. I was a little scared about getting the photo facial but I but along with it and I have come back for vitamin C IV infusion and microdermabrasion. After my third photo facial which was a series of laser light that zaps your dark spots. It wouldn't take only one time, as it is not a full face laser which I would be totally petrified. I got pretty good results. I am back for more photo facial and follow up with Microdermabrasion. The vitamin C IV infusion little bit costly but since I am familiar with this place and the people, met the owner, I was comfortable. I am here today for a follow up on my micro dermabrasion after a photo facial in December. I will probably get another photo facial package to keep up with getting rid of my brown spots. Can't help it living in South Florida with the blazing sun shining down your face and arms. read more

I really should stop buying these groupon deals because I have never had my money's worth. I decided to have a spa date with myself. I am sure I am not the only one that goes to these nail places for their massage chairs :). I did get there late for my appointment (sad.. but when am I ever on time?) I had to wait 30 minutes or so but there was no other customers but me. While I waited, the lady at the reception area asked if I wanted tea/coffee/water. I said no because I brought my own water and I didnt expect to wait that much longer. After my 30 something minutes waiting, same lady told me I can go over to the pedicure area to get started. I picked up a color, sat in the chair while the lady (I chose to call her Pam for the sake of this review) started getting the water ready. I noticed the only had 2 pedicure chairs and one manicure table, but assumed there was more in another room. haha! After 3 minutes of fidgeting with the massage remote, I asked Pam how to turn on the massage. She gave me a blank stare and said it doesn't work! I looked at the other chair and asked if we can move over there. She gave me a longer stare ( the what dont you understand stare..lol) and told me it doesn't work neither. Then muttered under her breath "Nothing works around here" At this point, I was thinking should I stay, should I go. I wondered if she know what she was doing? I asked the reception lady for that team that she offered me earlier, cause my nerves needed to be calm lol Fast track! Pedicure was ok I wasn't too pleased not getting the massage that I thought was part of the deal. Massage chair comes with a pedicure. Pam informed me, I have to go back to the waiting area because there was someone else in the manicure seat. I asked about other station. I got the same blank stare but this time she chuckles and said "we only have that one" 2.5 hours later. Mani/Pedi done. Pam was really friendly and professional. The establishment had a really nice ambiance but the amenities were not up to part. I have never spent that long getting a MANI/PEDI Only 2 pedicure equipments? Here goes my blank stare! read more

Was there at the end of May - I will not be going back. I've gotten quite a few massages and can tell pretty easily when someone doesn't know what they're doing. At the beginning of the service, I told her i was getting the hot stone massage, to her surprise. She basically gave me a Swedish and rubbed the stones down my back at one point to make it a "hot stone" massage. The cover for the face cradle was disgustingly old. It even had a tear in it. I asked the lady to change it and she did after a little chuckle. I'm sure they'll try to use it on you when you go in for service. read more

I recently bought a groupon for this place the girl Stacy was very nice and did a good job there are a few pros and cons when it comes to this place. Pros (1) Clean, Clean,Clean (2)Staff was very Friendly 5 stars for that. (3)I went early in the morning, so there was no waiting. Cons (1) The waiting room was bigger then all the service areas put together (2) only 1 station for manicures and 1 chair for pedicures and they were so confined together. (3) When I go to the Salon I like to get my girl talk on and we were asked to be quite because a massage session was going on 2 ft. from us. My advise to this place is to get rid of that giant waiting area and put some more manicure and pedicure tables and chairs also ease up on whatever they were burning I almost choked walking in. The girl that did my nails, was amazing super sweet and friendly, loved her :) When I arrived I waited like 30 minutes, they only had one table to nail care, when I was getting my gel removal I was being serviced at the couch, waiting for someone else to finish. I came across Premier Day Spa on Groupon for a mani-pedi deal and decided to try their waxing service while I was here - sort of capriciously. I am SO glad I did! Their esthetician Katalin was perfect! There are many spas and salons that advertise a painless waxing experience - and often, they fall short of that promise. Katalin at Premier Day Spa delivered on that - and then some! She is so knowledgable on the effects of all types of hair removable procedures on all skin types. She takes care to do a super thorough job. She is just great - through and through! I think for anyone looking to wax for the first time, Katalin would be an incredible esthetician to visit. I have been there twice,and have had Stacy both times. They were on time with my appointment, as there are only two chairs and two people doing mani/pedis. The women are very pleasant,and we always have lively chit chat. They do not put designs on your nails. I have had a Groupon each time,and both times when I left, the lady at the desk told me I could get a discounted price when I came back. Parking is in a garage in the back,and oddly, both times I went, it was pouring out,and I got soaked trying to get into the building! They also have a room where a lady does eyelash extensions, and I guess a massage room, but I hadn't seen anyone going in for one. I would very much recommend this salon. read more

I did not enjoy my experience. I only came here because I bought a Groupon for it and thought it was a legit place. I should have realized something was off upon making my reservation and realizing there was only one woman doing nails and extremely Limited hours. When I got there I realized it was a very small not professional space above the gym. The woman who did my nails was very nice but the way she was fumbling with the tools was like a five-year-old. The products we're old, used and not sanitized . She had to search around for awhile to even find a nail file that wasn't too dull. While getting my nails done, the very unprofessional owner of the salon kept calling the manicurist away to help translate and help her with workers, and ask her for personal and professional advice while she was in the middle of doing my nails. It was seriously wonderful and she really broke down all my knots. The whole staff was very friendly. Offered water, had a nice waiting area. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because IMO 5 stars is pretty much "perfect". The atmosphere is nice, however if you're looking for a high-end spa experience it's not quite there yet. I had been here for a massage and that part was great so when I saw a Groupon for gel mani and regular pedi I decided to get one here. I got my gel mani on Friday and it was terrible. I had gel all over my cuticles and some parts of the nail did not even have gel. Today is Monday and I had to soak off the rest of the gel I had because my nails were chipping and looked terrible. Please do not waste your money on gel mani and pedi at this place. My pedicure was not great either. I can do a better job but wanted to be pampered and had someone else do it. It is not fun when you waste money and have to do your nails yourself. Very disappointed. Massage good at this place but nails very bad. Let me start off by say that the Owner is EXTREMELY RUDE! Today I am scheduled for my refill at 5 pm but because of work I will be late so I called to move my appointment to 5:30 pm. The owner said that there is someone being serviced at 6 pm and they close at 7 pm. I completely understand so I said can you please move it to Monday or your next accommodation. The Owner was EXTREMELY rude and said she would have to charge me extra again for rescheduling. I explained how because of work I will be late so why would you charge me extra if I come in Monday? The owner could have completely avoided this unfavorable review...Came via Groupon for a $33 gel mani and a regular pedi on Saturday, July 2, I walked in to a small but lovely relaxing spa atmosphere. But was taken aback that there was only one shared nail table and the 2 nail technicians alternated between manis and pedis and they were booked very tight. However, from other salons my gel/no chip manis have lasted well over the 2 weeks that is advertised.. However by Day 5 the polish began to peel away from my nails and by Day 8, only my left pinkie had the original polish still attachedI called the Owner, who offered to give another mani but only during the week and during the middle of the day. The spa does not open until 10 am. and their last appointment is 5 pm and on one day they closed at 4 pm. The spa is over an hour round-trip from my job. I arrived for my facial and massage at 255om because my appointment was at 3. When I get there they tell me I am early that my appointment is at 330. I know for a fact I made the appt at 3 but I was like whatever I'll wait. 330 comes and goes. And before I knew it it was 350. So I went to lady at the front desk and asked her what was taking so long? She explained to me that they were behind schedule. Well wouldn't you think to tell you let client who is waiting there that??? I didn't get seen until 405. I literally was about to walk out at that point.
