It is always an amazing experience when I visit this spa. I've been to a lot of the high-end commercial spas (one right next door in a known hotel chain) and for some reason I always come back to this nice little cute cozy spot in Hollywood. The service is always amazing. I got treated today to a spa day from hubby and I opted for the Heaven Royal Hammam treatment, which was amazing. It consisted of a body scrub with some salts, some sauna time, rest in between, and a finish with a nice massage. What a beautiful way to spend my birthday being pampered. I'm not able to do spa days frequently, but I can tell you that when I do have the opportunity, I love this place. The owner is very nice, they've been around for years now. I've been with my best friend to get a couples massage and with my husband to get a couples massage and they never disappoint. Very relaxing. You even get a treat with Moroccan tea. My therapist today was Paola. If you ever have the opportunity to come, you won't be disappointed. Very good service. read more

I stayed at the Diplomat and the massage prices were outrageous! I had two AMAZING massages from "Massage From Heaven!" The owner Nadia is a master healer! She promised me I'd feel 25 again and I do! lol. My body feels very loose and stress free after my massage. Thank you and I wish I could take you back to Boson!!! read more

This spa was great at accommodating a friend and I on a weekend trip. We called at 3:15 on a Saturday and they were able to get us in for separate massages at 5 PM. The receptionist was so nice and informative and let us know there was parking in the back. My friend and I both asked for a deep tissue massage ($100 before tip) which was explained to be very therapeutic and thorough. Unfortunately it felt like an hour rub down and far from deep tissue. They used hot towels several towels throughout the service, but it wasn't explained so it was a bit jarring each time it was introduced. My friend's towels were so hot she got burned. All in all kind people, I just can't say the service matched what we had hoped. read more

We were easily accommodated at this location. Upon walking in, we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming man at the front desk, and we noticed the place had a lot of history. While everything felt a bit outdated, the experience was still pleasant. I had a deep tissue massage, and it was great - she worked out all my knots. However, I'm giving it three stars because we weren't given an introduction or informed about any off-limits body parts. I didn't have an uncomfortable experience. I would just have like that. My friends had swedish massages and mention it only felt like a soft rub down vs. Massage. The staff told them it wasn't included. A mistake on our end. The staff was very nice, and the location is close to the beach. They were very accommodating. read more

I got the signature massage and it was the best massage I've ever gotten! Thank you so much! I feel so light and relaxed. I will definitely come back when I'm in town. Such a positive and relaxing experience. read more

Waste of money, paid for a 60 minute deep tissue massage, got a 45 minute body rub instead for $100. They entered the room 6:10, and left the room at 6:55, with the last 5 minutes being hot towel clean up. The massage was largely a rub rather than any sort of physical relief, I 100% feel like I wasted money and will now have to go for another massage tomorrow to get the relief I was looking for. The star is only for the ambience and aroma. read more

This is my third time visiting this location & i always do the Heaven Royal Hamman. I wanted to share my previous experience with my fiancé for Valentines Day Since last 2 time i came by myself & she has never done something like this. The Heaven Royal Hamman: Deep cleanse the skin with natural black olive soap before a refreshing steam opens pores in preparation for exfoliation, then a full body and face Rassoul mask is applied, drenching your skin in rich minerals and trace elements. To conclude, this regal series a full hour massage. The staff is nice and are very good with the massages and the way they treated me and my Fiancé. Nadia S the manager is always nice and friendly. I will continue to come & thanks for the service! The Heaven Royal Hamman ain't cheap but definitely worth every Dollar! read more

The extra confident owner boasts about how they are the best! And I am eager to say, she is totally right! Wowwwww!!! I have had lots of massages from many places all around the world, and this is absolutely one of my favorite!!! It's a miracle how they are able to massage deeply and thoroughly yet feels amazing and incredible! I also love the light twisting of the body and techniques they use. The generous and kind owner Nadia says it's the Moroccan style. Well I am now a fan. Massage is beyond excellent. And the overall vibe, cleanliness, and decor is also outstanding. This is my 1st ever massage review. I felt that compelled after the massage, that I just had to! read more

If a two word review was enough I would say BOOK NOW! First I would like to share that I am Moroccan so when I visit a spa that claims Moroccan this and Moroccan that..my bar is high! I had 90min deep tissue massage on Saturday by Linda. It was by far the best I have ever had and I had many! The pressure hurts so good and exactly what I needed. Head to toe she didn't skip a beat! It was so good I went back Sunday for the traditional Moroccan hammam! Between the steam room and the exfoliating Moroccan treatment my skin felt clean and soft. She washed my hair and massages my scalp then walked me to resting area where I was offered Moroccan mint tea and dates with walnuts! Ahhhhh I felt human again!! Owner Nadia was kind and sweet and pleasure to meet. I highly recommend them..give them a try, you won't regret it read more

I am a trained massage therapist where I met my husband 32 years ago. Over the years we have gotten many massages all over the world. When he suggesting get a massage here I was so intrigued by the many services massage Heaven offered. I booked a 90 minute massage for the next day and I was. So happy I did. From the moment I entered Nadia greeted me like she has know me forever. I was then escort through interesting resting rooms that I am eager to try. The rooms are clean and comfortable and truly smell heavenly! Juda was my therapist who was superb the aromatic oils with the Moroccan massage was intoxicating and felt heavenly on my skin. Judas stretched me and really paid attention to my tight spots. I loved my scalp massage and the warm towels at the end of each body part! I will surely be back to try another kind of service!! Just Heavenly!!! read more

I absolutely love this place. I've gotten many massages and facials and every time I feel amazing after.

My experience at this business was heavenly from start to finish. I called to make an appointment on Saturday and they were able to accommodate me the same day. I decided to try the royal hammam treatment which consists of hammam and massage. The lady on the phone was super nice and informed me that there is parking on the back of the building. It was easy to find the place and parking. When I walked in, the lady at the reception greeted me by name (this was my first time) and it felt quite nice. No waiting time at all - I was escorted to the bathroom to change and instructed what to do. Once I finished, my masseuse Joanna escorted me to the hammam room. This was an amazing experience- I never tried Moroccan hammam before so I didn't have high expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. Joanna was very nice, gentle and helpful, but also applied the right amount of pressure for the scrub. I really enjoyed the experience (hammam, scrub and hair wash). Once it was done, she helped me get into a robe and escorted me to the lounge area where I laid down, relaxed and drank tea. After about 10 minutes, she escorted me to the massage room. My deep tissue massage was wonderful! Again, she was gentle but yet strong. When leaving, the lady at the reception was again so sweet and friendly. While the price for this treatment is not cheap, it is worth every penny. I recommend this spa and Joanna. I'm already planning next visit. read more

NOPE! For so many reasons - do not go here! I didn't even get to see my massage therapist before we began. She knew nothing of my body and we didn't speak the same language so I can see why they just put someone in a room and the therapist comes in, but that should have been my red flag. I scheduled the 120 dollar "Ayurvedic" massage - I'm actually trained in Ayurvedic massage and there was nothing about the massage that was Ayurvedic in nature. My untrained husband does a better job than this person. No warm up - just started pushing randomly on my body. I asked her to lighten up because it was rough at first and then it was just fluff work. She was completely distracted and on her phone while I was face down. I could tell because she only had one hand on my body and I could hear the clicking. Her touch felt so random and unbalanced. The most shocking thing is how I was exposed a lot during the treatment. She had no clue how to drape someone so their private parts were not exposed!!! I had to pull the sheets tight so she wouldn't keep exposing me. I just wanted it to end. When it did - I stood at the front desk for minutes waiting, until I walked out (I was planning to call and handle whatever payment we could arrange over the phone because I just wanted out of there - I was literally shaking) the manager chased me down (understandable) and I told him what happened - he called her to the front! No no no. I told him that he can handle this with his employee - it's not my job. He discounted the treatment but I need to let people know - do not go here. These people are not trained properly - they are capable of hurting you because of the lack of training - and could expose your body in a way that's traumatizing for people who are not from the industry. read more

Clean, professional, and overall unique experience. The couple's massage was relaxing and rejuvenating. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

This place almost had 5 stars, but the only complaint I had was when I asked for more pressure I didn't get that. The body scrub was amazing! The customer service was very refreshing and I enjoyed my experience. I got the heaven royal hammam and will be back when visiting! read more

Walked in and walked right out after 5 minutes. I shouldn't be able to see, smell, and hear the staff eating, toilets flushing from the customer seating area. Appt was going to be delayed. Also, cleanliness vibes are way off read more

Got a 90 min deep tissue. Definitely did not love it, didn't hate it; however, I spoke to the owner before my massage about my low back tightness and issues and how I needed work on my low back. The massage therapist comes in and I asked if she was informed about my low back needing to be worked on and she said yes. Unfortunately she barely touched my lower back, so I left still feeling tight. I needed pressure points, true deep tissue, fascia release, something other than what I got . Again, it wasn't awful, but not what was needed especially after I informed them what I wanted/needed. read more

Came in for a massage the other day based on the raving reviews here and on TripAdvisor. It's been over a week since I've gotten the deep tissue massage here and I am still in extreme pain on my left hip/waist area. Feels like a damaged nerve or a damaged muscle or something. The massage itself was borderline painful but I thought we were getting some knots removed, but there is a very sharp pain that is lasting since, and it's preventing me from being able to do many of the physical activities I engage in such as golf. Pretty frustrating experience overall and deeply regret it. Hoping to recover soon, but I highly recommend anyone else visiting to be sure to call out if you're feeling any kind of pain during the massage. Makes me wonder if the masseuses there are licensed and know what they're doing. read more

My friends and I visited this location recently and I had the most amazing experience! Upon entering the establishment you are greeted at the front and taken the waiting area for massages. A few hours before our appointment the manager called to inform us that three of her masseuse called out so instead of us all getting our massages at the same time, we were a party of 6, she could split the group and do the first set of 3 then an hour later the next set. I thought that was very courteous and thoughtful because most places would've waited until we arrived. My masseuse's name is Maria and she definitely did her thing. By the end of the massage I was feeling like all the knots and the stress of my week disappeared. The manager or owner Nadia was extremely helpful, she gave another friend some helpful suggestions for after surgery care, which we all thought was really nice of her to do. Honestly if you are visiting the Hollywood area of Florida or if you live in that area it would do you well to visit! Your body will thank you!!! read more

First I want to say, the place looks nice and my 60 min deep tissue massage by Erica was absolutely wonderful. This is why I am giving them 2 stars, though honestly, if I had only gotten a massage today I definitely would've given 5. Unfortunately, I decided to get a gel manicure afterwards. The girl doing them was nice but seemed inexperienced and kept tacking on layers when they were still wet. Possibly an issue with the uv lamp. At least 3 times she took off coats and tried to restart. I felt bad so I sat politely, giving her time to try again. The owner walks in and asked how much longer and the girl shows frustration saying it won't dry.. The owner does nothing to help fix the issue or offer any advice. After an hour and 20 minutes, with smudged, tacky nails, the girl looks defeated and says I'm just going to take it all off. I say okay.. it's okay.. So another 10 minutes of foil to take off the gel polish and refiling my now raw nails. She does offer to redo it in a regular nail polish but I decline; as a server I prefer gel so they don't chip easily. I say thank you for trying and get up to pay the owner. I tell the owner that the massage was wonderful but the nails did not go well at all.. She says Ok with an annoyed look, as if this was my fault. I pay for the massage, tip 20 and leave, feeling completely confused by the cold shoulder. For an owner to not even apologize for her nail techs mistakes or offer any help, is very disappointing. Before this, I was ready to get a couple's hot stone massage with my boyfriend next time, but now I don't think I will be returning. read more

I was in Miami for 5 days in June 2020. I saw Nadia on 4 of them. I've had so many massages and consider myself something of an expert when it comes to therapists. OMG. Nadia was amazing. She worked out knots and things I didn't know I had. I mean she massaged me down to my soul. I haven't felt so "healthy" in a long time. I will be in town in a few days and trust and believe that I will be at Nadia's every day that she can see me. read more

What an incredible place. My boyfriend and I got the Heaven Royal Hammam - and it truly took us both to heaven. If I lived here, I'd go every week. We were washed, scrubbed, and steamed, and even got a wonderful shampoo and conditioner job. The massage that followed was extraordinary. The Moroccan massage is an amazing blend of aromatherapy, and sort of a Swedish and Thai combined massage! I've been twice and I intend to go monthly. The price is very reasonable, the massages heavenly, and the service is great! Some tips - free parking behind the spa, and they will give you a receipt for HSA reimbursement. I've had trouble getting that at some other spas. I'm thinking of trying the hammam! read more
