Still nobody here, 15 minutes past appointment time I called their phone and said "hello?" Several times

Well, here you can see the owner of this business continuing to gaslight me. I arrived at the location at 2:31 I sat in my truck looking to see if anyone would appear at the front desk because I could see nobody was there through the window before trying the front door and the parking lot was flooded so I did not want to walk in the water just for the door to be closed, I ended up just trying the door and it was open, I went inside I said "hello?" several times in the hallway and I called the business phone and no answer. The owner refers to this as "running ten minutes" late even though previously stating "running fifteen minutes late". Running late would be someone being there to tell me someone was coming or running late, or even answering the phone to tell me someone was coming or running late. There was nobody there and that is a completely different situation from just "running late". As for my "combativeness" it was due to the owner making up a complete lie about me when I asked for my refund in a attempt to gaslight me and deflect from the obvious unprofessionalism on their part by stating, as evidenced below, "Please keep in mind that you have canceled at the time of appointment multiple times (text messages can also be attached) and out of courtesy we have rescheduled you with no problem which is also not courteous of our valuable time since as you can see we are also very busy". This is an insult to someone who went out of their way to call the business three times, also as evidenced below, in one day because the first time I was asked to call back and the second time nobody answered in order to reschedule because I have nothing BUT respect for peoples time. If this ridiculous lie was never stated and all I got was a refund and an acknowledgment, then I would not be anywhere near as upset as I am right not. All she had to do was just refund the deposit, but she chose to make up a ridiculous lie and state that "I was not courteous of their time." Are you serious? I was the one not courteous of their time? Nobody likes a backhanded apology let alone an apology attached with a lie. But when it comes down to it, she just did not want to take accountability. This is the behavior of a narcissist. This owner is obviously a complete narcissist who is incapable of admitting fault and believes she has done and said nothing wrong. I also attached her email response to me after posting this review for everyone to see how this woman continues to handle things. In my 32 years of life I have never witnessed a business owner behave like this. The owner continues to state that she has all this evidence that I am lying and apparently I am "obsessive" and have a "vivid" imagination even though she is the one who made up lies about me and caused the offense and she is clearly happy to escalate the situation, so I am waiting for said evidence so it can be posted on social media since she wants to go battle over this blatant lie she told and refusal to take accountability. This individual has no clue about customer service, its possible they are good at their services which I did not receive to tell you yes or no however I implore you to find another business who will handle any problems or issues that might arise with professionalism and care. And by the way "liza" I am at home recovering from surgery which is why I have "too much time on my hands" and stupidly sought out your services.

The facility is super clean and beautiful. The customer service was awesome from beginning to end. Marina helped us to figure out the parking location by meeting us up front. I got a deep tissue massage and my daughter got a Swedish massage, both 80 minutes. The room we were in was serene, you could see the beach in front of us. Our therapists were Andrea and Zenayda. Both did an excellent job. I would say that i would come again but was met with quite a surprise when I got to my car... a parking ticket because I backed in... nowhere in the parking lot are there signs posted saying no backing in. I was warned by Marina upon entering the lot that I needed to make sure to pay for parking before walking off because they give tons of tickets there. I did as Marina suggested. Once you get down below in the parking area, you lose all reception on your cell phone so you have to do it upon entry. So beware of these things if you decide to visit because the City of Hallandale Beach is watching you waiting for you to fall prey to their shenanigans, freaking crooks! Not even 15 minutes later and they hit me with a ticket. Sucks to be relaxed after a massage and then you end up getting a parking ticket. Other than that, the spa is amazing and so is the service.

I read the reviews and felt she was the best choice. She's very personable. I decided on armpits, Brazilian, face and eyebrows. My Brazilian and armpits went fairly well. I had more ingrowns after this sugaring than the previous one, I'm not sure who's to blame. To be honest. I know I exfoliate. My eyebrows were gorgeous, no issues there. The face sugaring... she told me I had bumps because of folliculitis. This was the first case of her dodging blame and blaming the customer. It was my first time having the hair removed from my face. So I'm not sure if that's true or not but what I do know is. She does double dip in the wax. So it could have been a a slight infection. Today when she messed up my eyebrows, well.... the skin under them.... she tried to tell me that it was a normal thing just like she said the folliculitis was a normal thing. She went from saying all I made a mistake I didn't hold your skin tight enough..... to saying it's a normal thing it happens to everyone. I'm starting to think the "folliculitis" was not a normal thing. It caused a lot of hyperpigmentation on my face. For which she also wouldn't hold herself accountable for. The thing is, if it was just folliculitis, then my eyebrows and lip should've had folliculitis as well but it was just on the sides. I've had to explain multiple times if someone comes to you to receive a treatment, and when they leave their face is worse. You have to hold yourself accountable for stuff like that. Today I had to explain to her that you can't mentally manipulate someone and try to make them feel like it's their fault when you do something wrong. She tried to tell me if you're out in the sun too much or maybe use retinol or maybe it's just the wax the wax took the skin off. No you control the way you waxed the skin off my face. She said she never had a client try to make her feel bad before. And I was a bad person. But I can't make you feel bad if you feel bad.... it's because you know you did something wrong. She kept saying that I should stop accusing her. When it was fresh and it just happened.... and there is no one else to, as she calls it, accuse. She started getting loud she started talking over me all of the signs that people exhibit when they know they're wrong. She had a client that was coming right after me even though she said she didn't work on Mondays. I think maybe she was rushing. Imagine putting wax on a wax strip on skin, and not holding it taut. When you go to rip it off, the skin is going to lift with it vs holding it tight enough so it can't. But she tried to tell me "the wax grabbed the skin and the skin just lifted" at first. The skin doesn't just lift on its own. When she saw I wasn't buying it then she said..... "maybe I didn't hold your skin enough". She keeps calling it a minor "skin irritation" what I don't think she understands is.... she waxed multiple layers of skin off of my face. I've got quite a bit of hyperpigmentation on my skin from the sugaring.
