Spacing of the planks is perfect. I would absolutely hire them again. EDITED TO NOTE, I HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY THE COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY WILLING TO CORRECT THE ISSUES. I AM PLEASED ABOUT THAT. I WILL UPDATE FURTHER WHEN THIS HAPPENS. I spent approximately $75,000 with this company. The paving job was the main job. Front, driveway and backyard. They did an awesome job on the pavers. The small job was to add a wooden step around an existing wood deck. This is where everything fell apart. The planks were laid at different distances apart. The paint bubbled in numerous places. The Redwood they said they used, has split down the center of some pieces. Josef was responsive to my complaints and sent out the worker to repair. This happened 3 times. He repaired the wood cracks with "bondo". There are so many layers of paint, it's peeling off. I gave this company one year and 3 attempts to make this step look as it should.
