I was told it could take a while to get my dress back but I didn't mind! I believe it took about 4 weeks to get my dress back which was very fast in my opinion! It was $250 which is quite a bit considering how much you spend on your dress in the first place, but I needed mine for a reception later in the year so I had no choice. After inspecting the dress when I got home, it honestly didn't look THAT much different than when I brought it in. They got the tulle pieces more clean than I could, but the under layer is still very orange. At least it smells good, staff was nice and kept in good communication. I would go back for other items!

This laundromat offers some MEGA load washers that allow you to do a lot at once and pay by credit/debit card which is ideal. I mean we are in a coin shortage aren't we ;-). They have several sizes of washers and dryers but only the larger ones take cards. Now for those that have banked their coins or don't mind cashing in on a load of quarters. They offer an ATM for a fee and coin changer. There's a soap center in case you forgot something and a vending machine. Now on to the cleanliness. Really that kind of up to the customers and the maintenance when they come in to clean. There was no one on site. One of my loads came out covered in cat hair. UGH. Now that is not cool. I am highly allergic so this was a major issue. I re- washed in a different machine and all was well. Bathroom on site was somewhat clean but had NO TOILET PAPER. I saw no number to call to let them know place is in need of service.

Although this laundromat has many, many washing machines available (they take credit cards - $7 per extra large load) and they have a large number of driers (take $2 in quarters per cycle) several driers were marked as being out of order and at least 2 more were also out of order yesterday. In my previous 2 visits, no driers were marked as being out of order, but several were. I've lost an average of $3 each time I've visited, driers have eaten my quarters but not started and a change machine has eaten my bills but not given me quarters. There's no way to report my losses, I've have had to jockey for available machines and carts and there's nobody in charge to help. The only good thing about it is the location - close to a coffee shop and bakery. I hope there are better options nearby.
