I brought my car here for a minor rust repair and was charged $550. While the price wasn't the issue, the quality of work was absolutely unacceptable. The initial repainting was a disaster--there were obvious paint streaks and visible contaminants trapped under the finish. It was clear the entire job needed to be redone from scratch. I gave them a second chance to fix their mistakes, but they returned the vehicle in even worse condition than before. To make matters worse: * Property Damage: They managed to scratch my car's roof while it was in their care. * Lack of Accountability: They refused to own up to their mistakes or take responsibility for the damage. * Customer Service: A complete 0/10 experience. This was a total waste of money and time. They lack the basic skill and professionalism required for auto body work. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this shop. read more

I was recommended by another mechanic to check out Premier Auto Collision after someone had rear ended my car. Warren's quote was reasonably priced compared to another auto shop I stopped by. Warren was very responsive and kept me informed about the status of my car via email. They had to keep my car an extra day because they were a bit behind schedule. The repairs were great and my bumper looks brand new. I'll definitely use them again in the future if I need any auto body repairs. Tip: If you're using a credit card, there's a 4% convenience fee charge, so be prepared to pay with a check or cash if you want to avoid that fee. read more

We had damage on a few parts our bumper and I emailed Premier for an estimate. Warren provided a very detailed breakdown of work to be done with a reasonable rate. He was very quick, kind and professional. His team went above and beyond with the repairs and returned car even cleaner than than it was when we dropped it off! We also got to experience a nice loaner car while our car was being repaired. All in all, it was a very nice experience. I highly recommend Warren and his team for quality and timely job on body repairs. We'll be back for our occasional fender benders! read more

I kept calling and calling with no answer for quite some time. They keep your car hostage and don't give an estimate of when it will be done or what exactly is going on. I really expected better read more

I came here a few months ago to fix a small dent on my side fender. Warren spent 30 mins on the dent with a heat gun and a piece of woodblock. He managed to make the dent look worst than before and charged me $100. What a total ripoff! Never let a friend or family come to this place. read more

Backed my car into the garage with the driver door open . The only damage from that was on the driver door. A body shop down the street from my house gave me an estimate that made me consider just getting another used car. Premier auto came up with a quote that was a third of the price. They were able to fix it within two days. Originally the door would've been replaced in one day, but the replacement door arrived late. The door looked better than the one I had prior to the mishap. All the buttons on the door are fully functional and my personal items were transferred to the side storage on the new door read more

Shop is very small and specializes in servicing foreign cars. Parking lot is tiny so have to park on the side of the street. Had some major collision damage and they did a good job - car looks almost brand new. However, they left some white powdery or gluey stuff inside and outside of my vehicle which I cleaned up myself. My registration sticker was ripped off and crookedly stuck back on the windshield. Minor (inexpensive) trim piece was missing from the replaced door. This lack of detail prevents them from standing above the competition. read more

One of the few places open on Saturdays! Brought my car there after a little fender bender they were so quick and easy. Took it that same day and fixed it within three hours. Very fair price as well. I really appreciate mechanics that don't go overboard finding extra things to fix. Very pleasant encounter, would be more than glad to use this service again read more

This has to be the most efficient auto repair shop I've been to thus far! My other vehicle, a 2002 Toyota Camry, has a failing alternator so I took it to Warren to have it replaced because I know I'll screw something up if I were to do it myself. While he was at it, I also asked him to replace the timing belt and air filter, which were overdue. In addition, he also fixed a slight oil leak and cleaned up the oil buildup that was left behind. He did everything for a very reasonable price and the best part is that I got my car back just a few hours later. I don't know of any other repair shop that could offer this level of service, not to mention that their workmanship is top notch and they didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. I'll definitely be back for more work with them in the future. If you are looking for a no-BS auto repair shop, do yourself a favor and call them! read more

Wow! With extensive damage on both front and rear of my truck, after being involved in a four car accident on highway, a friend recommended Premier. Good Lord... I cannot say enough good things about them! Besides the courtesy, and professionalism, and extreme ease in working with them, and them with my insurance company, i could not be happier. The job they did on my truck is amazing, you can not even tell it was damaged. not only that, but, the interior was completely detailed. After five years, over 150,000 miles, and a 80 pound Golden Retriever, it was a mess. When they were done, it looked brand new! Warren, Albert, and crew, did a fantastic job, and I will definitely go back to them for any work i need done, and recommend them to others. read more

I brought my Lexus 02 ES300 to Premier Auto this afternoon and they are amazing. The machanic was extremely efficient and professional. They did an oil changed, replaced air filter, replaced cabinet filters, adjusted the alternator belt, changed the front left headlight bulbs and installed the gas door for 80. The price was beyond reasonable for all the work done. I provided most of the parts other then the light bulbs and the vibit nails from the Toyota dealers. The mechanic was ridiculously efficient. He changed the oil, air filter, cabinet filter in less then 30 minutes. Other then waiting for over an hour for the Toyota dealers to drop off the nails for the gas door due to high traffic in rush hours everything is on point. On my way driving home, the air is blowing much stronger and cleaner. When turn the A/C on, the air gets way much colder. There are no more annoying squeaky noises coming out from the alternator belt everytime I turn on the heat or A/C. I will highly recommend this place for everyone. You will be glad you brought your care here. read more

Al and Warren are really nice guys. Was worried about the brakes on my Honda Civic so I dropped in on a Monday afternoon. Al stopped what he was working on, took the car for a spin, then came back and lifted the car up for a closer look. He unbolted one tire and showed me the brake pads were still in fine shape. All that and no charge! Highly recommend that kind of honesty and attention. read more

I brought in my car to replace two malfunctioning ignition coils because my check engine light was on. The light went away for two days but then came back on and so I went to a different auto shop to get their opinion on the car. Turns out that all the coils were old and that the shop didn't replace either of my broken coils while charging me the full amount for them. The boss also promised us that they had fixed everything. This shop tried to rob us and I will never bring my car back again. read more

Great and honest service! Brought my Infiniti in for a repair of my scratched up front bumper. They were able to buff out a majority of the scratches (only a few deep scratches remained). While my front bumper looked much better then before, I was still looking to get it back to like new condition. They did offer to use a touch up pen to fill in the deep scratches but did mention that it wouldn't be perfect. Since they knew I wanted it to be spotless, we decided to do a repaint of the damaged section of the bumper. I was a bit afraid that the repaint wouldn't completely match the rest of the bumper but they assured me that they would have no issues matching the paint. Once the repaint was finished it looked amazing! It looked brand new and you couldn't even tell that it was damaged prior and repainted. No difference in paint color at all. Premier Auto did an awesome job and at a great price. read more
