I brought my car here for a minor rust repair and was charged $550. While the price wasn't the issue, the quality of work was absolutely unacceptable. The initial repainting was a disaster--there were obvious paint streaks and visible contaminants trapped under the finish. It was clear the entire job needed to be redone from scratch. I gave them a second chance to fix their mistakes, but they returned the vehicle in even worse condition than before. To make matters worse: * Property Damage: They managed to scratch my car's roof while it was in their care. * Lack of Accountability: They refused to own up to their mistakes or take responsibility for the damage. * Customer Service: A complete 0/10 experience. Backed my car into the garage with the driver door open . The only damage from that was on the driver door. A body shop down the street from my house gave me an estimate that made me consider just getting another used car. Premier auto came up with a quote that was a third of the price. Shop is very small and specializes in servicing foreign cars. Parking lot is tiny so have to park on the side of the street. Had some major collision damage and they did a good job - car looks almost brand new. However, they left some white powdery or gluey stuff inside and outside of my vehicle which I cleaned up myself. My registration sticker was ripped off and crookedly stuck back on the windshield. Minor (inexpensive) trim piece was missing from the replaced door. This has to be the most efficient auto repair shop I've been to thus far! My other vehicle, a 2002 Toyota Camry, has a failing alternator so I took it to Warren to have it replaced because I know I'll screw something up if I were to do it myself. While he was at it, I also asked him to replace the timing belt and air filter, which were overdue. In addition, he also fixed a slight oil leak and cleaned up the oil buildup that was left behind. He did everything for a very reasonable price and the best part is that I got my car back just a few hours later. I don't know of any other repair shop that could offer this level of service, not to mention that their workmanship is top notch and they didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. I brought my Lexus 02 ES300 to Premier Auto this afternoon and they are amazing. The machanic was extremely efficient and professional. They did an oil changed, replaced air filter, replaced cabinet filters, adjusted the alternator belt, changed the front left headlight bulbs and installed the gas door for 80. The price was beyond reasonable for all the work done. I provided most of the parts other then the light bulbs and the vibit nails from the Toyota dealers. The mechanic was ridiculously efficient. He changed the oil, air filter, cabinet filter in less then 30 minutes. Other then waiting for over an hour for the Toyota dealers to drop off the nails for the gas door due to high traffic in rush hours everything is on point. On my way driving home, the air is blowing much stronger and cleaner. When turn the A/C on, the air gets way much colder. There are no more annoying squeaky noises coming out from the alternator belt everytime I turn on the heat or A/C. I will highly recommend this place for everyone. Al stopped what he was working on, took the car for a spin, then came back and lifted the car up for a closer look. He unbolted one tire and showed me the brake pads were still in fine shape. I brought in my car to replace two malfunctioning ignition coils because my check engine light was on. The light went away for two days but then came back on and so I went to a different auto shop to get their opinion on the car. Turns out that all the coils were old and that the shop didn't replace either of my broken coils while charging me the full amount for them. The boss also promised us that they had fixed everything. Great and honest service! Brought my Infiniti in for a repair of my scratched up front bumper. They were able to buff out a majority of the scratches (only a few deep scratches remained). While my front bumper looked much better then before, I was still looking to get it back to like new condition. They did offer to use a touch up pen to fill in the deep scratches but did mention that it wouldn't be perfect. Since they knew I wanted it to be spotless, we decided to do a repaint of the damaged section of the bumper. I was a bit afraid that the repaint wouldn't completely match the rest of the bumper but they assured me that they would have no issues matching the paint. Once the repaint was finished it looked amazing! It looked brand new and you couldn't even tell that it was damaged prior and repainted. No difference in paint color at all.
