I was here yesterday and I ordered a pizza which took 20 minutes to get. Unaware that the oven had a "malfunction", I proceeded to give this place a poor rating strictly from a service aspect. Not 24 hours have passed since that post hit that I recieved an e-mail from the GM, Lucian. It's good to know that people do care about us little folk! He offered me a free pizza to make-up for their untimely service which I think is more than generous. Another reason why I'm a Yelp junkie now is because of this experience I shared through Yelp. I'm blown away that a little pizza joint would care enough to extend an apology through Yelp even though it was an honest mishap. Kudos to you Lucian and your staff for a nice save and I will be back for my cheap but tasty pizza! Yay-yuhhhh!!!! read more

First thing first, the pizza and the wings are just amazing. I'm reviewing it now, after having eaten it several times before, because of how great the service is at this Pronto. This was the first time I experienced what appeared to be a 15/20 minute wait, but the line went by fast, and I only had to wait about 2 minutes to receive my order of one pizza, wings, and breadsticks. This kind of order takes at least 10 minutes to receive at Little Caesars. They've made me loyal customer today. :) read more

The pizza here has been good throughout the years, however today I purchased 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni and boy did I regret it. Upon finishing my 3rd slice I felt sick to my stomach. I proceeded to burp the flavor of the pizza for hours and my stomach continued to ache. It wasn't until a couple of hours later that I suffered the real consequence. I threw up and had horrible diarrhea. I will probably never return here because it really messed up my stomach, however it deserves 1 stars because the pizza was pretty good for $5. read more

Just awful! Stay away from this place! My husband and I had the plain and simple cheese pizza and been sick to our stomach ever since. Been throwing up and have the worse diarrhea. Pronto Pizza is my favorite pizza (and i eat A LOT of pizza). The cheese is freakin good; they're not stingy. The crust is slightly crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The parking at this location is small though. Theres a busy laundromat next door. Oh and the phone can ring for a long time. I just hang up and try again, sometimes the 2nd time is the charm :) i know lots of other people are trying to get themselves the yummiest pizza around! read more

I called while I was driving and placed an order and before I hung up the woman over the phone demanded that I give her my credit card number and pay over the phone, this is the first time I have ever been asked to pay for a pizza via phone order before I picked it up, she refused the order unless I provided a credit card or debit card number over the phone, now if anyone has ever ordered a pizza you'll know that you don't pay until you pick the pizza up or until it's delivered I have never ever been asked to pay for it before hand. I will NEVER EVER go to this pronto pizza and I told her over the phone. I called another Prontos Pizza and without a problem made an order went and picked it up and paid when I picked it up I will never go to this particular one. read more

I was doing laundry next door. I went into Pronto's due to sign outside on window indicating $5 for lrg pepperoni or cheese pizza. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, young girl rang order up on register and then announced $6. I questioned the price, girl responded that the pizza is $5.50, but the sign outside on window says $5. So I paid for it. Then later I noticed on receipt that there was an error on amount of tax charged. Later called the manager from home and told him the sign outside on window says $5 for large pepperoni or cheese pizza, he asked, "where outside?". Told him he should remove the sign, his reply, "I'm too busy right now, "it's Super Bowl Sunday." I also mention tax charged is incorrect. What irritates me was the managers lack of concern regarding the advertising sign outside on their window which states $5 for the large pepperoni or cheese pizza and the dismissal of sales tax, overage of 6 cents, but certainly adds up to all the customers they charge. That outside sign was a typical "bait & switch". In reply to Louis S who commented on behalf of the manager: "a spade is a spade" I kid you not". If you order pizza that's fine if you have to wait. But if you order wings with it, make sure they pull them for you.
