Over my dead body will I ever step foot here again. You ruined my f***ing eyebrows and now I have to wait months for them to grow back to what they were. That's even if they ever grow back because you decided to PLUCK them. I came in with a nice arch and just wanted it cleaned. I got up from the chair with my eyebrows STRAIGHT. You destroyed my eyebrows and with it my entire face and expression. What is wrong with you? How did you look at my eyebrows and think that was okay after I SHOWED YOU A PHOTO of MY eyebrows a few months ago and how perfect they looked and you did the OPPOSITE. I don't have the words to describe how impotent whoever the lady that did my eyebrows is. I was literally disfigured. Everywhere I go people ask if I'm okay because of how sad my face now constantly looks with these straight freaking brows. Whoever is there on Sundays is the worst and I hope you never get to touch another persons eyebrows again. The only thing you can do to fix this is get me a time machine so I never make the poor decision to come to you. I'm literally going to have to get an eyebrow transplant because of your impotence. I've been here before like maybe twice and they typically did a good job however the last time I went I had this older lady (which beware and read other reviews) but apparently other people have had the same experience as mine. In regards to my eyebrows, they were not the best but not the worst. However this lady is SO RUDE. She is not gentle with you face or head. She literally kept shoving my head to reposition it in different ways and would swat my hands away. I thought she was pissed or something but i think it's unacceptable to be so aggressive. I nearly got up but I was afraid to walk out butchered so I decided to stay put. However never again will i sit there and get manhandled. This issue needs to be addressed. read more

I really love this place!! They are never super busy, I always walk right in. They usually get to me with in 5 minutes. They are super quick, good, and cheap! 8 bucks to do my eyebrows!! The store is very well kept!! They ladies are also very nice. I've had 3 different ladies but they have all done great jobs. My only annoyance is some times the music (or today was just a man taking) on the radio is a bit annoying. Glad it doesn't take the long ;) read more

Affordable. I have been going there for almost 3 years now and never had any complaints. Very talented staff.

I've been threaded here several times and I feel they are quite good at what they do, however you MUST be specific on not having any extra hair removed or them threading a new brow shape. I've seen it happen in there. The 2 stars is because they open at 10am and on at least 4 different occasions when I get there at 10 to 10:20, no one is there. Calls go unanswered, despite them having 3 different phone numbers on their storefront window. Yelp & Google say they open at 10 however in reality they make up their own hours. Also, the older women who work there do not say hello or goodbye. They don't speak much at all until it's time for them to announce your total. read more

So I went here the other day, and there was a much older lady. She pointed to the chair, I sat & she started. All my eyebrows were gone by the time I was done. I have THICK eyebrows & she took them away. When I got up all I saw was 2 sticks on my forehead. I see other people had the same complaint but all this place does is apologize but doesn't genuinely do anything about it. I'm not going here any more unfortunately. read more

This place is okay for an $8 threading. I had higher expectations, but when I walked in, the lady was on the phone and was unable to listen to what I wanted. My brows came out thinner than I wanted- I purposely grew them out to have a thicker brow, but when I was explaining what I wanted and when she was threading one of my brows, she was still on the phone. Also, the threading hurt. I don't think it ever hurts much, but I was in pain and even had a drop of blood on a corner of one of my brows. I will keep looking for a great place. I might go back here if I needed to- although they are thin, my brows look even. read more

I go in and I'm standing at the door lady doesn't say anything to me so I figure I don't have to sign in or do anything. Then another girl comes in and let me remind you this is over five people that are supposed to be allowed in there now and there's also a girl and they're not wearing a mask and the lady doesn't say anything to her but to tell her to sign in. u is the worst eye brow threading service I've ever received. I have been threading my eyebrows for 8 years & I have never experienced horrible service or a horrible eye brow job. Thistle told place takes the award. The lady whom attended me rude, impatient, and NOT gentle. She kept shoving my head and pushing my hands away from my face. I asked her for a simple clean up ( I've always had natural thick, dark eye brows) and when I looked in the mirror I instantly started crying. She completely butchered off my eye brows and thinned them out, I just want to emphasis that I have never had an experience like this in my entire life. This was my 4th time at this salon and will definitely be my last. I will be sure to follow my instincts from now on and do my research before allowing anyone to every touch my eyebrows again!!! I was excited to find a new eyebrow place and from the pictures, this one seemed to be nice. I read that there was an older woman to watch out for but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I walked in and an older woman was watching some YouTube video behind the counter and told me to sign in and didn't stop watching her video for about 5 minutes (we were the only two people in the store). She starts doing my entire face and I try to explain something to her about my brows and she cuts me off and says "yes yes" and pushes my head back and she's literally pulling me by my bun when she's repositioning my face. I've been getting my face threaded for years and never have I ever had such horrible customer service. My eyebrows look crazy and one is way shorter than the other. My good brow has now become my bad brow... so I have no good brows left. Thanks lady read more

My experience at this place was terrible from the moment I walked in. The place was completely empty. There was an older woman standing behind the desk. She was watching some video on her phone that sounded like an Arabic military torture scene ( I am not exaggerating). She continued to watch the video for about 30 seconds before even making eye contact with me. She finally told me to "sit down". She continued to watch the video on her phone. After about a minute or two she came over. I told her that I did not want any shaping or thinning of my eyebrows, just a clean up. After a couple of minutes she told me she was done. SHE BUTCHERED MY EYEBROWS. I have naturally pretty thick, dark eyebrows and now they are very thin and uneven. I will NEVER go back again and I will tell anyone that I know to never go there. read more
