My vehicle was serviced TWICE within a ten-day period, incurring charges totaling $1,272.06. Unfortunately, I was forced to return two days later on June 25th after my check engine light returned. At this time (June 25th), I was informed that my engine was no longer viable--a fact that was not disclosed to me during either visit, despite extensive diagnostics and repairs. On June 13, I was charged $875.64 for a range of services including ignition coil replacement, synthetic oil change, and tire rotation. Then, on June 23, I returned due to continued issues and was charged an additional $396.42 for a valve cover gasket replacement, which would supposedly address the engine issue. The technician noted oil in the spark plugs and a leak from the valve cover gasket, yet failed to inform me that these symptoms likely indicated a more serious engine failure. Had I been properly informed of the engine's condition during the first visit--or even the second--I would not have authorized further repairs. The lack of transparency and failure to diagnose the core issue resulted in unnecessary expenses and lost time. Save your time and money and choose a different mechanic. I am utterly disappointed after patronizing this shop for the last two years. Do better. read more

He responded hardly every. Why did you have yours done, I said yeah about a year or so ago. There's another review that insinuates that the owner is a character. I called him on his antics. Responding that I read his reviews online, but I came anyway. THE ANTICS ARE A DISTRACTION. Take a look at the estimate which he claimed to give me "FOR FREE!" Where I'm from FREE DOESN'T cost FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS IN LABOR AND 318 in parts. What's crazy is I have friends. I called her and she remembered as soon as I said Calipers. Car wash situation... Well, I usually go to the full service car wash. But this time, my "rims" were super dirty. Black. Brake dust black. I decided to do it myself. Ugh. What a huge mistake. Imagine me rassling this wand that is shooting out foam and trying to angle that foamy wand towards my tires. What? Am I being punked here? Seriously, you pull the trigger on this wand and the power of the water shooting out is approximately Niagra Falls. You just try hosing off your car like that. Once I walked out of a place that didnt respect my time, I came in to Precision Tune and was in and out within 45mins, with an oil change and tire rotation. The moment I walked in the guy at the counter was very accommodating and helpful in helping me decide what services was best for my car. He was knowledgeable about my vehicle and didnt try to up sell me on services my car didnt need. I've been here several times to have my 2016 RAV-4 serviced. The owner is friendly...he's not interactive, so people may mistaken that for rudeness? They welcome walk-ins; it's not hard to find and the service is quick. My wait time is usually 45min-1hr. I would suggest you get there early...I go on Saturday mornings and by the time I walk back from the McDonald's nearby with a coffee, my car is almost done. On the surface, it seems much attention is being paid to the details of the service s being provided, however, once you leave, if you have any problems, forget the great service. I had a "common" problem I was told with my car which was still about a $500 job. After I picked up my car, the car vibrated when accelerating. I took it back and a mechanic drove my car, acknowledged it was occuring but said this doesn't have anything to do with the work we did.....I explained it never had done that before, not even with my common problem and you replaced my axel.....I left,but called back the next day to once again give them a second chance to correct the issue...i was told they believed the mechanic and the burdon of proof was on my shoulders. I took it to the car makers dealership and they said "its the axel, theres a gap, pretty hard to miss" I said fix it with authorized parts. I took it back to Pcision and was told I didn't understand how the auto business worked, I was supposed to get a second opinion then bring it back to them to make the corrections. I gave them two opportunities and was told no...I wasted hours of my time researching, on the phone and at follow up appointments. I was reimbursed nothing, the problem was corrected by the dealer for another $ 900 WITH the makers parts! read more

Took in my 2002 rev for actually needed quite a bit of work Victor the owner was amazing very thoughtful very thorough I told him I was driving the car all the way to Florida and needed to make sure that everything was safe. He called me several times over the next few days and explained in detail some things that were necessary he also made a list of things that could wait because of course it ended up being pricey due to all the different issues so it was nice to feel safe and know that I could put off repairing some some of the other things that weren't is critical. I really appreciated how hard he and his staff worked I just made it all the way to Florida and called him to let him know that the car was running really well!! In fact I hadn't really noticed how poorly it was operating until this drive to Florida seeing how well it performed!
