I had a mixed experience here. The actual service performed on my car was fine and met my…read moreexpectations. However, the customer service at drop-off left a bad impression. I arrived right at closing time and was about to place my key in the after-hours drop box when two employees were leaving. One of them said, "we're closed." I explained that I was just dropping off my key and planned to use the drop box, or come inside if possible. He responded that the alarm had already been set. He did take my key, filled out a short form, and placed it in the box, which I appreciated. When I returned to pick up my car, I mentioned that a more courteous greeting--something like, "Hi, we're just closing, can I help you?"--would have made a difference. Cliff responded with, "I could have been polite, but you can go elsewhere." That interaction was disappointing and overshadowed an otherwise satisfactory service. Based on this experience, I won't be returning.

The problem with this ,however, is that we had to wait a whole other hour (so 4 hours in total) for them to tell us that it couldn't be done. This could have been done in 5 minutes. At the start of the night roughly a half hour after we arrived we made an appointment (including putting down a deposit). Seeing as we waited 4 hours for nothing, but they told us the tires were in stock, we decided to go back the next morning, as we should have had a 8 AM appointment. When we got there they said our appointment had not "come through". We had started talking to the manager at this point and she came up with the excuse that since they technically close at 6 PM on Thursday, even if on every platform it is advertised to close at 8, and they were more than happy to keep us there until 10 PM, the appointment had not been made. This is strange, as we had gotten a confirmation and it willingly accepted our deposit. The manager then told us the tires were not available and had to be ordered, which directly contradicted what we had been told last night. She then spent about 30 minutes "looking" for these tires, which allowed all the other 8 AM appointments to arrive and check in. She finally came back and said she could do it but refused to give us a time frame. We arrived at 8:01. She wanted us to leave the car the whole day, for something that realistically should not take this long. Having made an appointment and been there the night before the should have at least been able to get us in within an hour and a half. She, however, said probably 3 hours. After this we asked for our deposit back and left. As we were driving out of the parking lot the manager walked outside and was quite literally yelling at us as we left "YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES" after we decided to leave. While waiting in line, we heard multiple other people complain about similar things, along with one lady having the same issue with the manager, as she would tell people things that she would later not honor at all.

Each time has been non-eventful. I'm a meticulous individual, and I am always afraid of being on the receiving end of rim damage when getting my tires changed but have never had an issue. I was apprehensive about having them change my Model S tires because you have to put the vehicle in "jack mode" from the touch screen to turn off the air suspension and you need to use "lifting pucks" to lift the car under the side rails. It's not complicated, you just have to know what you're doing. I honestly printed the instructions out - and gave them a copy - and went over the process with a mechanic before handing the car over and everything went great. I also brought my own lifting pucks just to be safe. I appreciated everybody listening to my concern, even though I'm sure they would have been fine. But, you know, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! Good pricing, great people, I definitely recommend them.
