I got my flat on Thursday (Mar 3rd) and had my replacement tire ordered same day. It came in today and was replaced in a little more than one hour from when I dropped it off. Each time has been non-eventful. I'm a meticulous individual, and I am always afraid of being on the receiving end of rim damage when getting my tires changed but have never had an issue. I was apprehensive about having them change my Model S tires because you have to put the vehicle in "jack mode" from the touch screen to turn off the air suspension and you need to use "lifting pucks" to lift the car under the side rails. It's not complicated, you just have to know what you're doing. I honestly printed the instructions out - and gave them a copy - and went over the process with a mechanic before handing the car over and everything went great. I also brought my own lifting pucks just to be safe. I appreciated everybody listening to my concern, even though I'm sure they would have been fine. But, you know, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! Good pricing, great people, I definitely recommend them.
