The driver failed to ensure the tailgate was secured (which I have on camera). As the truck was lowered, the tailgate dug into the ground, bending the hinges and ultimately causing it to come off. This also resulted in damage to the newly painted truck and the tailgate itself. The driver was polite and apologized, stating he would report the incident to his boss. However, the owner never reached out to address the situation. After waiting several hours, I called myself and was met with complete disregard for the damage caused. I requested that they at least return and tow the vehicle back to the body shop. He briefly agreed, then hung up on me. I have since followed up three times and sent two emails with no response. At this point, I will be pursuing a civil case, as this damage is clearly the company's responsibility.

We drove cross country in our RV from California to Florida to visit family over the summer. We…read morewere heading back home and our rear passenger back tires blew out, both of them. On top of that our propane tank sustained damage and was leaking from a connection. After hours on the phone with Progressive insurance and AAA, we were nowhere closer to getting back on the road. The mechanic he sent couldnt fix our RV. After that, the only thing anyone could do was tow us and wait until Monday to figure out the tire replacement situation. The towing was $$$ and only partly covered. Luckily my partner found Ryan and 484 Tire Service through Google. By then it was already dark and Ryan came out late at night (10pm) to replace our tires. Not only did he replace them, he checked for damage around our RV, let us know what likely happened, and gave us advice for the future. He also topped all our tires up to the right pressure. He was so friendly and helpful, and his kindness went a long way for us. If it weren't for him we would have had to sleep on the side of the road because there would have been no way to tow our car and then somehow transport ourselves, our two dogs and our cat. Also, his prices were very reasonable, cheaper than if we went the tow, hotel, and shop route by a lot. From the bottom of our hearts Ryan thanks for saving us!!!

We tried different ways (boards under the tires, limbs under the tires, etc) but it was soon evident that we needed a wench. I called AAA and they refused to come because we were more than 100 feet off the pavement. Thankfully when I searched for the closest tow company, GS Auto Towing came up. The dispatcher informed me that they had a 4-wheel drive tow truck and he would dispatch Jon Gonzalez immediately and that Jon would call when en route. Within a few minutes Jon called to advise me of his ETA. He also knew exactly what trail we were on. Jon arrived on time. He immediately explained what he was going to do to get my car out. He was very careful with my car and was able to quickly wench it out of the deep sand. Once we were back on solid ground, Jon had us follow him in case we got stuck again, he would be able to pull us out. Luckily we were able to drive to solid ground again without any issues, It was very frightening to be stuck in the middle of the forest. Jon was able to turn the situation around very quickly. It was only approximately 1 hour from the time I called until we were back on solid ground (paved). I can't say enough good things about my experience. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you Jon Gonzalez for helping us out of this terrible situation,

We had just dropped the collision on my 2010 Camry and decided to get some estimates to see if keeping her was do-able. Citrus Collision came to the rescue, gave me a reasonable professional estimate, and then repaired my girl (remember, out of pocket for us!). I dropped her off on Monday and was driving her on Friday. Jeremy's skills came through. He replaced the above parts and she looks great again, actually better than before the accident. I would go back in a heartbeat but hope that my car and I are safe for awhile! Don't be dissuaded by the lack of decor. Citrus Collision doesn't waste money on a fancy building, but they know how to take care of a car's injuries.

Do not use this body shop for your repairs. They lie and cheat. Citrus Collision was paid for…read moremultiple new parts by my insurance company, they instead chose to purchase a recycled part. It looked horrible, when asked about it, a man by the name of Don said it was new. He then handed the phone to the owner, Gene. I overheard Don in the background saying "she knows the lift gate isn't new and already called the insurance company" Gene then got on the phone and admitted he bought a recycled part, saying it was the only way he could make money! Outright admitted insurance fraud and acted like it was acceptable. This is why I said they cheat. If they had wanted to substitute a recycled part, they were required to notify our insurance company as well as me, the customer for approval. Gene then proceeded to tell me the insurance company allows him to do this and gives him alternate vendors. This is why I said they lie. The estimate from the insurance company specified the lift gate was to be new and was not an option for an alternate supplier. Our car was returned absolutely filthy inside. It was covered in dust from being in a body shop that resembled a junk yard for three weeks. They had told me they would clean the carpet area and seat where an entire soda had been spilled in the accident, they never did. This was another lie. In addition to the poor quality of workmanship, they are probably the rudest, most condescending group of men I have ever encountered. They did not want me to call and ask for an update and got nasty when I did. They told me the car would be done on 8/7, I called to confirm the day prior and was told it would not be completed the day they had told me. Don said he had no idea who called and told me that. It was another week before it was done. They had our car for 22 days from the date insurance approved it and they still could not do a basic decent job. If you choose to use Citrus Collision be prepared to be treated badly, lied to and ripped off with parts that are not what an insurance company specified. Overall this was probably the worst customer service I have experienced in 30 years.
